The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

Sensational hotel with a great history. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The team at reception in particular is professional and competent to answer any questions. The location is perfect! Everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Belgrade can be reached in just a few minutes. We love this hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit... everything was great!!!

The hotel is located in the center of Belgrade, close to the river with many restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and basic, there is a mini bar with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The food in the restaurant is local Serbian with lots of meat. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. All in all it’s very valuable, I will definitely come back when traveling to Belgrade

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

I have chosen to stay in this hotel after reading good reviews from other visitors and believe be they were right! It is a small city hotel with all you need, spacious rooms,very clean, good food and first of all nice employees whos are there always to help you in every problem which in my opinion is the most important thing in a hotel when you are a tourist! A 4 star hotel that deserves more. Awesome location close to the best attractions of Belgrade. It is located in the main heart of the city, close to it is a mall, many restaurants, shops, cafes, many different stores, the big castle, and a river with recreational trips. Great reception and quick room delivery. Nice rooms of good size. Very comfortable large bed. A clean spacious bathroom complete with everything a tourist needs. Good varied breakfast. I recommend it to visitors to Belgrade....

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park.The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

Hygiene: Very clean, compared to other similarly priced hotels in Europe, it is simply invincible. I really like the atmosphere of the hall. Service: The service is considerate and humanized. The staff of the entire hotel are very friendly. We stayed for more than a week. On the first day we went, they immediately changed our room because of a small problem with the room. They also gave us dessert drinks for several days in a row. There are also resident singers performing on Friday nights. Like 👍 Facilities: It is very close to the city center and can be reached on foot.

The location is a bit biased, the traffic is not very convenient, and there is no food to eat around. The price of meals in the hotel Western restaurant is really high, because it is a developing country after all, it is recommended to eat and take a taxi to the city center

Not bad, on the street in the city center, the sound of performances on the street can be heard outside the window at any time!
