Just an OK hotel. At first, I was given a room full of smoking smell even though the front desk lady seriously warned me of the none-smoking hotel. Then she happily switched me to another room; however, I found out at midnight that the air conditioning was not working and it wasn’t fixed until the following afternoon. Additionally, my room is not spacious at all, and the towels were a bit hard and rough.

the hotel is already walking in the center near the parliament, but the sockets in the room are inconveniently located! You have to move the bed to reach them!

Had a really pleasant stay. Great shower, comfortable but squeaky bed. The only thing that wasn't great was the very old elevator.

Perfect location and absolutely comfortable ambient, quiet rooms , cozy bed ...no usb plugs by the bed. Breakfast is 1300rsd and you get a taste of Serbian flavours ( ajvar, kajmak, čvarci ) which we missed a lot 🙂 Absolutely adorable staff and service 🙂

Excellent location, in the center of the old city. 10 minutes from the main street, 25 minutes from the fortress, and relatively close to the church. I specifically chose a larger premium room. The 2 premium rooms were on the 1st and 7th floors. The room types are different. I looked at them and felt that the premium rooms all faced the street. On the second day, a gentleman at the front desk spoke very good English and gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions. He also agreed to a late check-out. Parking must be parked in the underground parking lot of the park opposite, where there is a machine for payment. Although there are many parking spaces on the ground, there is no payment machine. You need to go to the post office to buy a parking ticket, which is very troublesome. The breakfast is average and also belongs to the standard of Accor.

There was another unpleasant incident on the day of check-in, but Ctrip solved it well. The hotel also showed sincerity in the subsequent services, which diluted the unpleasantness. Overall, it is highly recommended.

The location is great, next to the Parliament Building and St. Mark's Basilica. The lobby is nice, and there are pictures of Belgrade city in the past in the corridor, which is very nice. There is a currency change machine in the hotel, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, your knees will hit the wall where the toilet is, and the bathroom is also a bit small. Stayed for one night and then changed hotels.

The hotel is in the old town of Belgrade, just near the National Assembly (you can see it from the upstairs window). There is a park in front of the hotel, which is suitable for a morning walk. You can reach several surrounding museums on foot.

Mercure Belgrade Excelsior Hotel is a very good hotel. I have stayed here before. The transportation is convenient and the hotel environment is comfortable. It is a hotel worth recommending
