We stayed in Agua Azul during August 2024 for a week as a family of 4 adults. PROS- *Rooms were beautiful and balconies spacious. *The pool area didn't open until 9am, a queue would form from about 8.30am but it was fine and we managed to get beds all week. *The buffet dinner was one of the best I have experienced on an all-inclusive, lots of choice. *You can go into the buffet for lunch, or there is a pool bar outside serving burgers/pizzas/other food. CONS- *The pool is mostly shallow (very shallow) and very warm which I didn't love. AREA- Hotel is based in the Old Town Benidorm, right in the centre where there are plenty of bars/restaurants. It's a short walk to the beach too.

Aqu Azul was horrific my Sisters and I had booked as we had been 5 years ago and was great this time the food was uneatable was awful the grill chef was using same tongs for fish chicken and pork raw people were ill being hospitalized and very ill when we arrived home my sister and myself were very ill awfull experience told staff at reception went on deaf ears also running for sunbeds in morning was a disgrace as never enough for amount of guests a good hotel now very poor in every aspect will never return

Myself and my husband had a lovely time at Agua Azul hotel we stayed for one week the food was lovely all week 😋 breakfast,lunch,dinner even the snack bar hotdogs 🌭 really tasty 😋 we never went in the pool but alot of people staying there seemed too be enjoying it we prefer the beach. The branded drinks on the all-inclusive was a bonus also the rooms are comfortable and clean as is the whole hotel we were in room 201 and enjoyed every minute of our stay at this hotel. hopefully we will see you all again January 2025 thanks again Mr and Mrs George 😊

Amazing hotel, fantastic food and entertainment! Pilar on reception was so helpful, nothing was a bother! Araceli on entertainment was so always smiling and friendly! Very clean hotel! Looking forward to our return! Would highly recommend!

Stayed at this hotel for years .but this week has put us off forever. Complained about cleanliness of the pool and seating area as it was filthy. Numerous guests have been taken ill with a Gastro bug myself included. 4 on the Pland we returned home on. One still being in Hospital her Husband was on our flight. Another discharged the day before she flew. No doubt the reply to this review will be " no such thing ". If you have a problem then deal with it. Do not tell guests not to discuss illnesses between themselves or they may be asked to leave. Yes you did say this. My sister was told if she was heard discussing my illness with any other guest then management may as us to leave and find alternative accommodation. Being ill was bad enough but to feel threatened because of it is thd lowest of the low. Even giving the " Zip " gesture across the lips after the about says it all. I will await your excuses and denials but we and many other guests know the truth. . As I say we have stayed for many years but never again. The pool and seating area was filthy , only after reporting if did they pressure wash it the next day. Jet 2 ard getting the video and photos. Any other guest needing our feedback for an illness claim etc please ask. Oh its not about the money, we ate not claiming anything. Just a heads up for upcoming guests.

Goed hotel, Schoon, eten is gevarieerd en lekker, veel keuze. Personeel TOP. Erg Engels georiënteerd , deze zijn ook ERG aanwezig. Animatie erg goed !!met als animator Freddy die erg veelzijdig is en ochtend en de avond draaiende houdt!!!!

Fab hotel lovely and clean ,fab food ,everything really was spot on apart from the pool and male bar staff.The pool needs attention never saw anyone cleaning it ,there was an oily layer floating on top,seems to be a filtration problem,mouldy round the edges of the tiles.Something that can be rectified with attention,,now the male bar staff were grumpy and rude ,unlike the ladies always cheerful ,polite and helpful.Other than a couple of issues mentioned the hotel is amazing ,we would highly recommend and definitely return.

five star review not given lightly hotel was great clean and tidy all the time food was at a high quality for a all inclusive best i have had but the best of all was the welcome and smile that i got of pilar if that wasnt good enough she helped in everyway she could still with a smile on her face she made are holiday the best it could be and i wish to thank her yet again

Absolutely amazing hotel, food is amazing, cleaning spot on,staff could not be more perfect if they tried, Pilar on reception is so lovely, we are in room 119 and cannot fault her customer service it is second to none x Nothing is too much for this lovely lady
