Had a great time. Located right in the old town but only 10 min walk to the bars and clubs in new town. Hotel very clean and staff couldn't do enough for us. Really friendly and pleasant. Only had breakfast in the hotel, but I was more than happy with it. Didn't bother me, but we went during the fiesta and there was a lot of loud fireworks and music until the early hours. So if you're a light sleeper, take some ear plugs with you. Overall a really enjoyable holiday.

Half the hotel came down with severe sickness and diarrhoea, management were denying everything including negligent hygiene practices witnessed by numerous guests on trip advisor, even blaming the guests and not replying to those who collaborated the shocking practices witnessed, and judging by recent reviews the patterns of this behaviour from management continues to be allowed. Why tour operators are still sending people here is beyond belief.

We had a brilliant week there last December, so impressed with it all we shall be returning this December. Everything was fantastic, the hotel itself, staf were amazing and plenty of evening entertainment. Location was great, a short walk to the sea front, and behind the hotel the decorations to celebrate Christmas Looking forward to going back there.

Fuimos en plan city break y para pasar el día de mi cumpleaños en la playa . El hotel esta bien , pero lo mejor del Agua Azul es su gente. Viajo bastante ( por Europa) y nunca había conocido a un personal tan amble, profesional y acogedor! Desde la recepción ( para que sea internacional jeje BIG SHOUT-OUT TO ANGELA from the reception !!!! hasta el personal del bar, la cocina y la señora de limpieza. Quiero volver ! Muchas gracias a tod@s!
