Amazing hotel, we stayed in a side sea view room, 2 adults and 1 child 14, the room was really big, very modern and clean, the whole hotel is immaculate, the staff we all very helpful, we stayed bed and breakfast and the quality of the breakfast was wonderful and there plenty of choice. The pool area was very nice with plenty of sunbeds, the pool was very cold but this was due to the time of year, the location of the hotel is great, right on Levante Beach and a short walk to the old town, the waiter in the bar area in the evening was very very helpful, delivered our drinks and gave our daughter small bowls of Haribos which was a nice touch. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely return,

Fantastic stay at Hotel Cimbel. Very clean and comfortable. We had a sea view balcony room and it was lovely. Not the hotels fault, but we were on the13th floor and I have vertigo! A couple of people in our party had e mailed to ask for lower floors, something I need to remember to do next time. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice. I am gluten and dairy free and the hotel catered for me wonderfully with a selection of gluten and dairy free items given to me each day. The waitress at the door remembered me after the first day and automatically brought things to me. Very nice stay and extremely helpful staff.

Mi experiencia un 10 . Siempre fui hotel cimbel Pero justo ayer llamé y me dijeron reservé por página … no sé lo siento Aún hay gente que no sabemos internet Soy carnicera , no oficinista Me voy Belroy .. solo llamar y número de tarjeta y estamos .. por favor arreglen ese tema , creo que como yo abra más gente En fin una clienta que no vuelve Gracias … nunca me había pasado llevo hospedándose en cimbel muchos años que pena .. todo por ordenador Así vamos .. adiós puestos de trabajo

Nous connaissons très bien votre hôtel pour notre 4eme séjour, nous apprécions l'emplacement ainsi que le personnel d'accueil et surtout Demba. Je ne sais pas si nous reviendrons!!!La salle à manger est beaucoup trop bruillante, c'est infernal!!!!La piscine nous attire mais c'est le même problème, il y règne un tel vacarme !!!!On tire sans cesse des chaises des tables. Ce n'est vraiment pas un endroit pour se0 relaxer!!!!Un bémol aussi pour le buffet :Beaucoup de produits industriels !!!!Dommage ...

High standard and perfect location. Literally steps away from the beach and walking distance to everything Benidorm has to offer! Breakfast was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly We would definitely return as its location is just perfect

Just returned after spending 10 days here. Location is fab, very clean hotel, there was a lot of choice for breakfast. Room was a little small but met our requirements. I would stay there again. Only downside was i had put in a request months and months before we arrived asking if I could have a room on a lower floor, I am quite claustrophobic and try to avoid lifts if i can. I was told they would consider our request, however on check in I was just told "No sorry we couldnt do that, so we were put of floor 12 (out of 13) and being as I am a pensioner and couldnt have possibly walked up 24 flights of stairs I had no choice other than to have endure the nightmare of the lift (and its not the biggest) many times a day. That however is my only negative

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean great location. Would gave 5 stars but downside is the rude swimming pool attendat. Rules for towels are so strick you cant even go to breakfast lunch or dinner unless someone is sitting with your sunbed. So if in a couple and you want to stay by pool all day you have to eat alone to make sure your sun beds are kept. You cant even eat at pool bar for same reason. We witnessed guests having all belongings and towels temoved. There were locals who would leave towels and beds unattended for hours and they were allowed. Did spoil our experience because we couldnt eat or drinktogether as a group .

I have contacted the hotel a number of times but they do not reply. I am owed a deposit refund of 100 euros which I cannot get action on receiving. We checked out of the hotel early and the staff couldn't issue the refund and said it would be done automatically. We have not received this or any explanation or answer to my requests. This is very unprofessional of the hotel. Ref DI01731/24
