2nd visit to this super hotel, I asked if I could stay in the same room as on my last visit (3303) super room but this time I was unlucky to have a screaming child who kept me awake most of the night (not the hotels fault) and then decided to throw his toys over to my balcony. I did request a move if possible. The following day I moved to a much better location and had a great relaxing time away. The hotel is a good 10min (fast) walk to the indoor market so you are local to “The *****” a super looking hotel, I was B&B only and I found the breakfast to be fine for me with plenty to choose from, there was a microwave that I used to warm up my bacon and sausages. Result…The room had a fridge but no kettle so I took my own with T-bags & sugar, us English like a tea in the morning…I rented a E- bike for 5 days, the hotel had a secure garage to park your bike and charge the battery (all free)…would I stay again, yes I would…Thanks Team Hotel Delois

Went for half term. Had a room for three adults which was spacious and cleaned daily . We have stayed in Benidorm a few times now for us it was great as away from the centre a nice walk to the beach not far to Cami cove train station as we like to travel around. We had to buy a cap to use the indoor pool which was 3 euros each. Pool was cold outside however we did use this as found it invigorating. Traveled with my husband and son we found the male staff at bar and restaurant very helpful. There was always something there that we enjoyed to eat. If you want warmer food there is also a microwave available. Enjoyed our stay.

The beds are really comfortable and rooms are very clean. Food is good and good value for money. A little bit of a walk from the beach but a quiet area. Heated indoor swimming pool and massive games room for kids. Plenty of places to eat and there is entertainment in the evenings. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable and was cleaned each day. The pool area was well maintained and we never had any issues sourcing sun loungers, the pool was very cold when getting in, it is entertaining watching people get in u til they are used to the water temperature lol. Unfortunately, in October the roof top pool is not open, so we did not have the opportunity to see the views from there, which would have been spectacular. All staff were very approachable and willing to help. Unfortunately, we did experience a couple of things which would have made our stay even better. 1. The evening entertainment was very poor, not a lot of variety and poor quality. However, we did venture out in the evenings to the local town which was amazing. Easy to go to and from. 2. The restaurant food, although there was a variety, the food was often cold or like warm and not very appetising. However, the food from the snack bar at the pool was very nice as it was cooked fresh.

Qué decir que no haya dicho ya... cinco años consecutivos yendo de vacaciones y todo por que es lo más parecido a estar tan agusto como en casa propia pero disfrutando de una merecidas vacaciones. Como siempre el personal de 10¡ caras conocidas y caras nuevas siempre con una sonrisa y un gesto amable , un servicio de restauración que aguantan a un cliente casi 12 días siempre sorprendiendo con algún plato nuevo , piscinas impecables , con buena animación , y sobretodo el orden y limpieza de todas las instalaciones y por supuesto , las habitaciones. Al final son los hechos y no las palabras los que llaman la atención , ya llevamos 5 años y el que viene será nuestro sexto,y eso , es por algo que ni toda la verborrea del mundo puede explicar.

I was a bit dubious after reading some reviews after booking but there was nothing I could fault. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast choice was vast I’m sure even the fussiest of eaters could find something here there was some of everything from cold meats to salmon, fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast. The main pool area was clean and very peaceful. (The rooftop pool was shut) although we didn’t use it the children’s pool annd play area was lovely for little ones (under 8s I’d say ) About 30 mins walk to beach and 7 euros for taxi back although there was a bus stop right outside hotel. It suited us to not be “in the thick of it” and it was a pleasant stroll down. Overall An enjoyable stay
