Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

The best hotel in benidorm. We as a couple have just returned! 3rd time this year! Already booked for next year! This hotel makes benidorm for me the hotel itself rooms cleaned to a spotless standard! Food amazing! It's one of the main reasons we return the food is everything! Especially the roasted pork with crackling and apple sauce unreal! Dessert bar my favourite part every night and also Mr whippy ice cream! The location is amazing everything on the door step 10/10 every time from us! See use all in 2025!

I've stayed here 3 times, this time the Music lounge was closed (its like a big bar with acts on in the basement). On asking why is it closed? someone at reception told me they are doing something in there ( I couldn't confirm this in 10 days) why aren't the acts on at the terrace bar stage I asked, Its not fully run by us she said and couldn't guarantee the Music lounge will be open if I book again next year (this is important to us because of disabled access). Sunbeds reserved with the residents missing for hours on end. Despite a notice saying its not allowed to reserve sunbeds. Surely there's a tried and tested way of stopping this practice to make it fair for everyone I thought. Saying all this its a great Hotel good food and good staff. special thanks to Alberto, Joaquín and Esme and all the other staff who make the place so good. But I think I will give it a miss in 2025 as the music lounge makes the place for us.

This is our 5th Visit. And the standards in some areas have gone down. Our check in was good. Very nice lady.But we had to remind her about our Spa visit, which was very good The housekeeping is excellent. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard by Lolita. I do think it would be a nice touch to replace the coffee and milk as they do in premier inns etc. A special mention to Joaquin the restaurant manager so helpful and a lovely man. That extra personal touch was most welcome. Sadly when he is not there it is not so professional. A lot of messing around in the dining room by the staff. The food on Halloween was superb. Good variety, but not that hot. The salad bar also wasn’t as good as previous years Marina tutted at me when I asked for some more bacon. And one Chef ignored my wife and served his fellow member of staff first. I did bring this to the attention of the manageress at the time. We used the gym during the week. Sadly the running machine was out of order all week. The lifts were very sporadic,and frequently had to change the keycard. And we hadn’t had them by our phone The terrace area gets very busy..and we found the waitress quite rude also. We only sat there once. When our friends checked out they were told thanks for staying,hope to see you again. We left soon after and the receptionists were too busy talking and just took the keys off me. We shall be looking to go elsewhere next year

Been to this hotel a few times and it gets better and better every visit the staff are very friendly and polite. The food is excellent and hotel spotless. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone probably the best hotel in Benidorm. Entertainment is brilliant and the guy that calls the bingo is so funny. I have been here for 2 days and already looking at booking again soon

We have stayed in this hotel 4 times now and this time I was disappointed. We arrived at 9-30pm, the restaurant closed at 9pm so we got a bog with 2 hard bread rolls a tin of tuna and a tin of pate and an apple. My husband doesn’t like pate or tuna so he had a bread roll, I had nothing because the bread roll was too hard. Then we went to reception the 3rd day got extra mill pods for coffee and he told us “the supermarket is round the corner “ I said all I want was milk pods like what’s in the room, he said the first 2 are complementary then we have to buy our own 😡 Toiletries are not very good this year as well and there is no shower cap. Lovely and clean, food good but I won’t be going back.,

The hotel was a nice experience to stay with very clean rooms were very adequate comfortable staff were very obliging dining room and bars drinks affordable nightly entertainment very good food very good what more can expect for a good Holliday but to stay at this hotel.
