Hotel with beautiful south-facing rooms, very nice terrace with a view of the street and the swimming pool without a view of the sea. Impeccable cleanliness, pleasant and available staff except at the Spa.
The hotel could do with some updating, especially the bathrooms. Decor from 25 years ago but very well maintained.
Blah blah blah restaurant, canteen type. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Lunch and evening meals go your way unless it is purely dietary. Value for money ok out of season. The hotel highlights services that only exist in high season.

Booked this hotel for a couple of nights for my husband’s birthday. Decided to splurge on a suite, the one the hotel uses for this listing. We travelled with a friend who took the other suite. We both experienced a litany of problems. Jacuzzi bath that spewed out black crap, a shower trap that was blocked and led to a flood, a patio door that was unsafe, an aircon that didn’t work, the list goes on. Our friend’s experience was so bad she had to move rooms. Rather than share our experiences in an open forum, I contacted the hotel directly, three times. No response. This was more disappointing than our stay. My top tip for anyone booking the hotel. Do not book the 2 suites in the main hotel. They are infrequently used and poorly maintained. Instead book the Deluxe Club with kitchenette. These are located in a newly renovated building.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Benidorm. It was continuously kept clean and the food had an amazing range to it even the fussy eaters on our group always had something to eat throughout the day. The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, I don’t think our holiday would have been as enjoyable if it wouldn’t have been for the entertainment team ma and Johnnie! They were absolutely fantastic and tried their hardest everyday. They were the highlight of our holiday and would book again to come back to the same hotel because of their energy and enthusiasm! They got everyone involved and enjoying themselves definitely the hidden gem within the hotel. I will be and have been recommending this hotel to people.

Great hotel rooms nice and clean and new towels everyday,food was good, need more entertainment in the evenings and include a couple of cocktails on the all inclusive drinks menu We only stayed for 4 days and to be honest that was enough staff were great

Absolutely awful. This used to be a good hotel (many years ago), but our break was absolutely ruined by the LOUDEST MUSIC BLARING FROM AN EMPTY STAGE TILL MIDNIGHT. You can't have ur veranda open the music is SO loud. The food is absolutely dreadful. It's pork, pork, pork, or veal. There were no salads and the food was stone cold.

La struttura ha superato le mie aspettative, parto subito dai punti dolenti; La posizione ahimè è distante dal mare almeno 1 km e quindi 15 minuti a piedi necessario se non obbligatorio un motorino .. Rete Internet il mio telefono è quello del mio amico prendeva pochissimo mentre collegandoci al Wi-Fi avevamo discreti problemi . Punti forte , io stavo nella nuova Torre ovvero il palazzo adiacente alla vecchia originale struttura praticamente sono stato il primo a dormire in quella stanza, tutto fantastico dall’arredamento alla grandezza della camera alla qualità dei prodotti usati nei bagni e all’ottimo materasso con i cuscini tra l’altro bel balcone che affaccia sulla parte dei grattacieli di Benidorm Ci sono due piscine con abbastanza lettini e l’acqua tra l’altro tiepida sempre ventilato una meraviglia .. La colazione mi ha stupito bella la sala e pietanze deliziose devo dire anche con i dolci per stare all’estero mi sono trovato bene .. Consiglio questa struttura ma vi raccomando di farvi un motorino altrimenti tra passeggiate e taxi potreste non godervi appieno la vostra vacanza

This was an amazing hotel and the staff were lovely!! Want to give a special shout out to the entertainers Joni and Mar, they made us laugh and gave us so much fun from the beginning. Friendly staff, had a great time at the bar and the pool. The spa was really good too, did a circuit and we all enjoyed it thoroughly.
