Beautiful view and met lovely people, bar staff is very friendly especially jeni. Every day always nice games for everyone also for kids. I have been here for 2 weeks and it is always very nice. Night entertainment is very good. The room is good and always clean

5th time at the suites,but i think this might be the last,we always go select which is about £15/18 a day extra my wife only drinks white wine(seco)we had to request it every night and some nights they had completely run out,then a group of scottish men came in and they put them 4 bottles of smirnoff out for them but couldnt find a bottle of wine. Staff are brilliant here the young trainee on reception was lovely and claire come out of the back office you are the friendly face of sandos. Food was good as always and dennis and his team brilliant.

Me and my wife had a 5 night stay we did the AI Drinks are good food was good always some thing to suit the fussy eaters. We also had a visit to the onsite Indian res again nice food and bottle of wine. Rooms are great we had a very large balcony sun trap all day brilliant. All in all for December good weather a comfortable bed not the usual lying on a bricks good walk in shower enjoyed it would we revisit this hotel yes pool area was also large and seemed to get sun most of the day.For Benidorm with it,s high rise buildings that was a plus

Very beautiful and clean resort. Staff are very friendly and attended to our needs as requested. The food was great with lots of options. We were given 25% discount on food as RCI members. Salt added to the food needs to be reduced for health purposes. Above all, we would like to return in future.

I think this is about the 10th time we have been to this hotel. We have tried others in Benidorm but have always found this one to be best value for money. Rooms are clean & comfortable, food & drink of a decent standard for All Inclusive & the majority of staff are friendly & helpful. Only one issue on this visit was the attitude of the guy on the snack bar on the Friday & Saturday who was extremely agitated & rude, & totally disorganised!

6th year visitor and that’s it,food appalling too many items gone cold roaches on dining area walls this place has defo gone downhill.They have a so called restaurant serving supposedly Indian food a complete disaster from start to finish this food was microwaved not cooked fresh avoid at all costs.We like Benidorm only 2hours away will go again but not to this hell hole

The staff, at all levels (from front desk, to housekeeping to dining hall service), were all exceptional. Friendly, helpful and engaging. A shout out to Dennis, one of the dining attendants; he was superb. The room was comfy, our mini bar was kept well stocked and the view from our balcony was breath taking. My only complaint was the food; I found it bland and not a lot of traditional Spanish food. It definitely catered to the British retirees that made up 80% (or more) of the guests in the hotel (we're Canadian and would have loved some more traditional food). The hotel was a nice walkable distance from the beach, old town, and the Benidorm Flea market. We had such an amazing holiday and coming back to our room after walking all day was a welcoming, warm, clean, comfy retreat. I would stay here again.

Stayed here twice now. We take our 3 year old. She lives the brilliant pool , they have a great kids disco at night and the staff are so wonderful and friendly.

Just got back 3rd December having spent a week here. The hotel and our room 404 was always clean. The resturant was always clean and plenty of variety of food. Drinks were help yourself at meal times. At night you were served quickly at the bar. Everyone works hard in every aspect of the hotel from Cleaners to the people on the front desk. Thanks for a great week.
