Lovely hotel very central , staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble very helpful. Food was good plenty of variety,rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. The barman Remi was very friendly and polite, we would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very nice hotel with professional friendly staff who were always readily available to help. The hotel is located in the Old Town area making it ideal to access all the main areas of Benidorm. The hotel is basic but very clean, well maintained and easy to access and our visit included breakfast which was ample and catered for both Spanish and English tastes. Would gladly recommend this hotel if you are ever visiting Benidorm and are looking for a reasonable priced place to stay.

Great to be back again in this fab fab hotel. Staff so welcoming, I arrived late morning and left my case then got a call 1230 to say room ready! Brilliant! I like the rooms overlooking Gin Street! Great to people watch but it's a lovely area anyway. Location is so ideal for the many restaurants, gin bars (!), bars in the square and side streets, tapas alley (a must visit!) and several side road to the beach gets you there in a few mins walk. Rooms are cleaned to very high standard my cleaning lady was a diamond! The whole hotel has a very clean feel about it and many great attributes. Fab sun terrace roof overlooking the sea. Great bar facing gin street which serve the most amazing daiquiris! New this year is an adjoining tapas type bar at the rear of hotel with separate entrance or you can walk through by reception. It is absolutely wonderful. called Hop Cerveza. I had a fab club sandwich here on the day of the downpour (!) but had 2 amazing evening tapas dinners here. I chose to have breakfast as at only a few euros extra is worth it. Always something on with good choice to vary your selection each day. For 12 euro you can have a buffet style evening dinner here. Again decent choice and handy if your day runs late and like me you don't like to eat too late so no waiting at restaurants for courses. Hopefully back again next year same week as this one ! Thanks to all esp check in, the bar staff (Mr Daiquiri!) and the fab girls at Hop Cerveza!

Hotel liegt super zentral in der Altstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand - sehr geeignet zusammen mit einem Bustransfer vom Flughafen Alicante. Leider war unser Zimmerboden sehr dreckig und an den Spielsachen unserer Tochter klebte der Staub. Zusätzlich ist das Essen bei Halbpension nicht zu empfehlen - erinnert an eine Militärkantine, nur schlechter.

Descontrol total en cuanto a reservas, reserve parking cuando llegue no había, pedí cama de matrimonio y había dos pequeñas y la habitación no cumplía con el standar de la categoria y el trato del recepcionista bastante grosero ya que me llamaron por teléfono y me colgaron

Due stelle solo per la posizione,hotel sporco per non parlare dei condizionatori pienissimi di polvere nonostante continue sollecitazioni di pulizia ma niente zero,condizionatore che quando viene acceso puzza di bruciato,il cibo sempre le stesse cose non hanno varietà sconsigliato spendere qualcosina in più per avere i servizi migliori…

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in ever. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. They have a bar onto gin alley which is perfect to sit at in the afternoon it’s all reasonably priced, we could have sat there all day. The top bar terrace has a lovely view over the old town. Our room was spotless every single day, some hotels don’t bother to do a proper clean of the floors but here they do. It’s the perfect location for going to the beach and for everything we love in the old town. Can’t wait to come back in September!

Buena relación calidad precio. Es un tres estrellas y lo cumple a la perfección. Habitaciones sencillas pero funcionales, atención correcta, servicio de bufé bastante bueno (repito 3 estrellas) y una ubicación casi perfecta (unos 5 minutos desde la puerta a la arena de la playa). La pega de este hotel es que no se puede acceder con el coche por lo que hay que acercarse lo mas posible a los alrededores para descargar y cargar las maletas. Estuvimos en la zona trasera del hotel por eso había casas muy cerca pero al estar en la 4 planta no nos afectó. Los baños tienen una lampara de ultra rojos, supongo que para potenciar (aún mas si cabe) los efectos del eterno sol de Benidorm.

Just come back from an amazing 5 night stay at the Alameda, the room was amazing 7th floor with balcony & sun loungers,lovely comfy bed & nice large bathroom. The location is fabulous in old town very near beach also. The hotel staff where wonderful, charming & so friendly, particularly appreciated Diana who was wonderful with us, we love it so much we have booked for 12 nights in Aug & also for Oct . Thank you for a wonderful stay !!
