Lo mejor del hotel es la hubicacion,hemos salido decepcionados totalmente,hemos ido a hoteles de 3 estrellas muchisimo mejor que este en todos los sentidos,la comida muy repetiriva y poco buena,el hotel bastante deteriorado,las paredes rotas,los marcos de las puertas rotos,las baldosas del suelo del pasillo se movian,algunas chicas del personal un poco bordes,por las noches juerga en las habitaciones colindantes hasta las tantas de la mañana,en fin un desastre de hotel,para no recomendar a nadie y mucho menos volver

we are british and this hotel is not suitable for british people. entertainment at night is all in spanish. it’s a spanish guest hotel never heard anyone else british full stay. air condition was terrible in room it was warmer in room than it was outside and that was it on apparantly! it was zero chance to get a chance to try the pool as was all reserved again with spanish guest who i must say some were extremely rude pushing in to us! wouldn’t return i booked this as extended our stay by 3 days the other 10 i stayed across the road and expected the same here that i got but was very wrong

Excellent location, very close to the beach, shops, bars, Calle Gerona and restaurants! 5min walk as well to catch the bus to Alicante airport in Av. Europa.
I just had dinner once at the hotel and there was a great variety of food!
Jose was great, gentle and always ready to help!
What I didn't like was that on one of the days of our stay, when we came back to the bedroom, the door of our room was not locked. I then called a staff member and he came up. Fortunately, nothing was missing from the room.
During our check in, the receptionist didn't give us her fully attention, as she was talking to another member of the staff whilst doing our check in.

Pool was green and unclean room was satisfactory we was in the room while the cleaner came we asked for 5 minutes to gather out things and leave so they could clean and they complained and rolled their eyes.. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and we won’t be staying again.
