The checkin process was non-existent, we had to call the number provided as we couldn’t get into the building, and we were told we can’t get in before the checkin time (3pm), despite me emailing them several times in the days prior to the arrival to mention the time we will arrive to drop our luggage. We were told just to leave the luggage in a communal room where basically anyone could have taken them… therefore was rather unsafe, but nevertheless we were already there and had no other place to leave them, so we dropped them there. Room-wise, the TV didn’t work properly (the image was blurred almost every 3 seconds, probably the Tv needs servicing/replacing) and the WiFi didn’t work (was showing ‘no internet’ constantly). We heard other people shouting over the phone to the ‘reception’ (basically there’s no reception from what we’ve seen, it’s just the number we had from the booking) to complain about other things, so probably others haven’t had the best time there either. Because of the issue with the ‘no reception’ and using a code to get in and out of the building, we had the same issue with the luggage when we left as when we arrived- we couldn’t leave it anywhere as upon checkout our code wouldn’t have worked anymore, so we had to pay extra at a luggage facility in the city to leave the bags for a few hours. Based on our overall experience, can’t say we’d use this accommodation again.
