Das Hotel fällt auf durch sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sowohl die Gäste sehr nett umsorgen, alsauch jedes Detail im Hotel tiptop halten. Jedes Detail ist sauber und gepflegt. Das gilt für die Lobby, den Frühstücksraum und die Zimmer. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück umfasst das normale kontinentale Frühstück. Käse und Wurst-Platten sind klein, werden aber permanent erneuert, so dass Buffet-Zerstörer keine Möglichkeit haben zu wirken. Alles ist sehr adrett und ansprechend.

Rude staff, wifi doesn't work, cleaning is bad. Checking in takes forever. Basic room with bed and bathroom that are ok. Place is run down and not maintained well Area is nice. Very Berlin. But if you can find a different hotel for a better experience or lower your expectations.

Der Umbau des Hotels hat dem Ambiente etwas gutgetan, jedoch wenn es noch nicht fertig ist, dann geht der gezielte Scharm, den man verbreiten will auf der Strecke. Zudem Business Ausstattung bleibt Business Ausstattung. Bei dem Thema Frühstück spiegelt sich der Name des Hotels wieder.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der zentralen Lage ausgewählt. In 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuss an der S-Bahn Station, welche direkte Verbindungen zum Zentrum sowie Flughafen bietet. Das Zimmer war, bis auf die Toilette (!), sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Die Duscharmatur war leider defekt, und die Betten waren leider sehr hart/unbequem. Aber alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Room was very quiet, was comfertable and clean. Looked recently decorated and bathroom ceiling wasnt quite finished st edges but had no impact on stay.
