Very friendly staff, everything was clean and the heating worked well, which is important because it is so cold.
The only bad thing is that you can hear all the noise from the street and there were some noises that prevented me from getting a good night's sleep.

The location is very central and near to the subway. Walking distance to many tourists sites within 30mins. Hotel is very clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Worth a second stay if ever going back to Berlin.

This hotel is situated near the exits of U Bahn Spittelmarkt of U2 line. In terms of location, this is considered good. The breakfast starts at 6am, and the spread was reasonable, but it was less than the other Best Western Hotel I have stayed in other cities. No fruits takeaway for this one and if I remember correctly, no coffee takeaway as well. Room was clean and the water was hot. They allow storage of luggages so that is a plus. You cannot go wrong with Best Western.
