🌟 A Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Express Berlin City Centre 🌟 During my recent trip to Berlin, staying at Holiday Inn Express Berlin City Centre was truly one of the best decisions I made. 🏙️ The location is excellent — just a short walk from U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, and within easy reach of many famous sights like Museum Island and Checkpoint Charlie. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed. 🛏️✨ Although compact, the space was well organized and perfect for a city stay. Breakfast was simple but satisfying — fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, coffee, and more. 🍞🍎☕ What really stood out to me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The reception team spoke fluent English and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make us feel welcome. 🙌😊 At the end of our stay, my travel companion and I sat in the lobby and said, “Next time we come to Berlin, we’ll definitely stay here again.” 👉 I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, families, and even business guests. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great service — this is the place to be. 💼🧳💙 Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, good price and convenient location. 5 minutes by subway, you can choose to park your car for 10 days a day. You can also choose On the side of the road, there is no charge after 18:00 on Saturdays after workdays until 9:00 the next morning. The surrounding area is a residential area, very quiet, that is, the choice of eating is slightly less and it takes a little more

Self-check-in is very not suitable for Chinese people. Order generation cannot be changed. Remember that it cannot be changed. Can't be refunded or changed! Trip.com Customer service can't play any role. Because Trip.com is also looking for an agent to book a room. This order not only makes me lose money, but also makes me spend extra money! Rubbish

I had a really nice stay! The hotel looks a bit dated but is still comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast while simple, had a lot of choices. The window was open in my room when I checked in, so while the air in the room was fresh, it was cold since it was an evening in February. I had to turn on the radiator in the bathroom to try to warm up the room. The location is convenient, next to the u-bahn, multiple grocery stores and the huxley neue welt. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this area if you’re a tourist as it has a bad reputation and isn’t near any touristic attractions but if like me you have plans there then definitely book a room at this hotel. I know I’ll be back if I need to go to a concert there again.

Very good location, with convenient transport accessibility to any part of the city. All the joys of Kreuzberg are nearby. The room is very clean, cleaning on request, check-in and check-out is possible independently. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags on the last day of our stay in Berlin. We liked everything!

The front desk service was super good, because the marathon was run, so choose a hotel close to the Brandenburg Gate. The room is large and in good health. There are several attractions nearby: the execution ground, the Charlie sentry post. On the main street leading to the Brandenburg Gate, there are large supermarkets, drugstores, shopping malls.

My accommodation fee included breakfast. On the third day of my stay, I reported my room number at breakfast. A waiter asked me to wait and checked whether breakfast was included on the computer. However, he did not check other people's room numbers and went straight to eat. What happened?

ホテルの従業員の方はみんなとても親切でホテル自体は5つの星では足りないくらい満足でした。 ただ場所が安全な所ではなく殴られて強盗に遭いそうになったので出かける時、特に夜は注意が必要です。 この地区ではアラブ系の人を多く見かけ、強盗しようとした人もアラブ系でした。

Simple and not necessarily beautiful, but for the cheap price with good location, cleanliness and good breakfast completely OK. Want to come back!
