We recently stayed at Novotel Suites Berlin and had a mixed experience. The room itself was spacious and generally comfortable, but we encountered significant issues with noise during our stay, which made it difficult to rest properly. In addition, the ventilation was not functioning well, and the room became quite hot and uncomfortable at times. On a positive note, the staff were helpful and responsive. They assisted us when we raised our concerns and tried to make the situation more manageable, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay had its conveniences, but the comfort level was affected by the noise and cooling issues.

Very good communication between employees and guests. Small attention was here on the agenda that some have learned in the hotel industry. Great indoor pool. There was nothing missing at breakfast. We would book this stay at any time like this.

Whether you’re visiting as a couple, a group of friends, or a family with small children, this apartment ticks every single box. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed. 🛏️✨ Although compact, the space was well organized and perfect for a city stay. Breakfast was simple but satisfying — fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, coffee, and more. 🍞🍎☕ What really stood out to me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The reception team spoke fluent English and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make us feel welcome. 🙌😊 At the end of our stay, my travel companion and I sat in the lobby and said, “Next time we come to Berlin, we’ll definitely stay here again.” 👉 I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, families, and even business guests. Clean, quiet and good environment

Very nice hotel, good price and convenient location. 5 minutes by subway, you can choose to park your car for 10 days a day. You can also choose On the side of the road, there is no charge after 18:00 on Saturdays after workdays until 9:00 the next morning. The surrounding area is a residential area, very quiet, that is, the choice of eating is slightly less and it takes a little more

Very good location, with convenient transport accessibility to any part of the city. All the joys of Kreuzberg are nearby. The room is very clean, cleaning on request, check-in and check-out is possible independently. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags on the last day of our stay in Berlin. We liked everything!

The front desk service was super good, because the marathon was run, so choose a hotel close to the Brandenburg Gate. The room is large and in good health. There are several attractions nearby: the execution ground, the Charlie sentry post. On the main street leading to the Brandenburg Gate, there are large supermarkets, drugstores, shopping malls.

Good location, small rooms but basic facilities and clean. It is convenient to travel, there are many attractions around, and the airport is about 26 Euros. The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. The actual taxi at the entrance of the hotel is not difficult to call. When leaving the hotel, it is a black taxi. It feels like being bypassed.

Simple and not necessarily beautiful, but for the cheap price with good location, cleanliness and good breakfast completely OK. Want to come back!
