After I left my luggage with one staff member and was gone for only a minute, another staff member threw away the food I had left on the counter. When I asked about it，she said it was disgusting and offered no apology until I asked.

The hotel has difficulty working under pressure.. the service staff is quickly overwhelmed and the process from check-in to check-out is too complex and therefore poorly organized.. the elevators are not able to handle the check-in and check-out process.. 5 minutes up Waiting for the elevator can be seen as a normal to quick service... Cleaning is carried out according to pattern F and only superficially.. Coffee machine is available.. However, there is no capsule for it.. We couldn't get it because of delivery difficulties.. Очень достойный отель за свою цену. У меня был отдельный номер на 5 этаже, справа и слева не было других номеров, так что ночью было прекрасно тихо :) когда кто-то проходил по коридору- было слышно, стены не очень толстые. Горячая вода была всегда, напор отличный. Вай-фай ловил прекрасно. В номере было довольно прохладно, одна из батарей не работала, я выкрутила на максимум остальные батареи - стало теплее. Гель для душа и мыло хорошие. То, чего мне не хватало - чайник в номере. Но на ресепшен можно просить налить горячей воды. Через дорогу большой продуктовый магазин REWE. Также в 3-5 мин ходьбы 2 разные станции метро. Пешком можно дойти до основных достопримечательностей (20-40 мин). Однозначно рекомендую этот отель.

Nice hotel with free cookie and water at entrance. The staff gave me free candy and a drink because I have the IHG membership. Bring your earbuds if you want better sleep in the morning because either the wall is too thin or the bed is too close to the door in my room, otherwise you may hear people talking loudly in the early morning and it ruins your sleep. The housekeeper never refills the bottle water in the room unless you ask her for one when she is around cleaning.

very happy with the room, room is big and spacious with aircon, fridge, and water heater. staff was very friendly as well. location’s good. will stay again if i were to visit berlin

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is near Checkpoint Charlie. Only the U6 runs through the hotel, but it was convenient as it was very close to the subway station. On the day of your stay, you receive a 4-digit pin code by email, and you use the same code to unlock the hotel entrance, accommodation building entrance, and room entrance three times in total. It's fully automated, so I didn't see any hotel staff once. The kitchen facilities were basic, but it was quite easy to use. The only thing I could use for stir-frying was one small frying pan, which was a pain. Breakfast is available for 8€, but the quality is poor. It's better to cook for yourself.

It's a large hostel, so I think it would be difficult if the toilet and bathroom were in a far room. This is also luck.

For a friend's hotel, he lives in this hotel in Berlin! Feedback location and eating are more convenient. I will live here directly next time I travel, and experience it myself.

Lovely hotel. Everything about it was spot on. The bedroom was lovely and good to see fully w/c accessible if needed. Bed was so comfortable. Facilities were fabulous . Would definitely stay again and recommend. Excellent value

The staff were extra friendly and understanding with check in as my flight arrived late. I don't speak much German but as some staff were non natives themselves, they were happy to converse in English. Trilingual, impressive. Good selection of wines, delicious breakfast, beautiful foyer, nice quiet room. Perfect for a few nights stay. Not too far to from the likes of the Brandenburg gate, the Reichstag etc. Metro station nearby 👌
