My stay at the hotel was very successful. The location deserves special mention, as it's perfect for both sightseeing in Berlin and business trips. The room was clean, modernly furnished, and provided a comfortable rest. Breakfasts were decent; the selection of products was sufficient, and the quality of food was good. A big plus for the hotel is also its very nice patio, which is a pleasant place to relax with coffee or a drink after a day out in the city. The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel's common areas were of a high standard. The only thing worth improving is the replenishment of water in the room. Especially during summer heatwaves, it would be a great convenience if water bottles were provided daily, and not just at the beginning of the stay. Despite this minor point, I rate the hotel positively and would gladly consider staying again during my next visit to Berlin.

It's very central location which was very easy access to the city as well as to the relations houses . The staff was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and tidy . it would have been nice if there was a mini fridge. Overall it's a good hotel

This 2-day stay was even better than the first! The hotel is well-located for exploring Berlin, and the rooms vary by budget. I chose a standard room, which was perfectly fine and comfortable. A major plus is that they really respect your requests – I asked for a double bed and a view of the Ku'damm, and they delivered! The hotel staff are generally very competent, pleasant, and professional. The hotel lobby and surrounding areas are also very beautiful and well-decorated. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Advantages: The hotel is located in the downtown area, very close to the Berlin Theater Festival headquarters, and has a good value for money. Transportation and food are very convenient. shortcoming: 1. Hotel services are average. When I checked in at the appointed time, I was told I had to wait (I waited for about an hour). When I checked out at 2, they came and knocked on the door at 12 and asked me to leave. I asked the front desk and they said I could stay until 2 o'clock, but it would be convenient for them to clean the room at 12 o'clock...a bit outrageous. There was no overall sense of enthusiasm. We chose not to have our room cleaned during our stay, and the hotel room notification said they would send a small gift, but it didn't. 2. The hotel lobby is on the first floor, just beside the road. The guest rooms are on the second and third floors, and you will basically be disturbed by the car noise downstairs at night. The soundproofing is also average, you can hear conversations in the next room. 3. The room is quite large and the facilities are outdated. The hair dryer is still the old-fashioned type with only one button that needs to be pressed all the time to use. To sum up, the location and cost performance are good, but don't expect anything else.

Music too loud at night, can’t sleep, we have three rooms in different floor, all hear loud music at the hotel bar/disco at night. If you looking for a quiet place, this is not the one. Also, they don’t give you complementary all the time.

The shower in the room they wanted to put us in was broken Then I had to pay 45€ more so that I could get a decent room, which isn't that great. I've already paid enough and had to pay on top of that, very sad

The transportation was not good (Uber use - almost 9 euros) but the beds and toilets were all clean and nice! I have a doctor to visit again! The way to go Hotel is not good for Tourist(we used Uber-almost 9Euro) But both - Bedroom and Toilet are so clean and comfortable to rest. If i have an chance, i would like to use this accommodation again.

My experience at this hotel was truly memorable. It was a truly wonderful hotel with a quiet space, a special lounge, a great location, and attention to detail in the renovation. To be honest, I was prepared for it to be a renovated prison, but it was a truly wonderful hotel. The breakfast also had the same items as those served in the bakery, and I went to buy some on my last day. I would like to stay here again.

Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.
