The rooms are generously sized at approximately 40 sqm, perfectly proportioned, with an interior executed to near perfection. The atmosphere is calm and composed, and the service is polished, discreet, and highly professional. Luxury hospitality is ultimately remembered less by rules than by judgment and generosity. When pricing or policies feel disproportionate, the moment lingers longer than the gesture itself—and guests inevitably carry that memory forward. A more flexible approach would have elevated an otherwise outstanding experience. An exceptional hotel overall, offering remarkable value within its category.

Very large, tastefully furnished room. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and cozy. I felt very comfortable and will book the hotel again when I travel to Berlin. The only drawback: Unfortunately, there's no walk-in shower; you have to climb into the bathtub. The breakfast is excellent – ​​extremely attentive, personal service in a peaceful atmosphere.

I really want to give this hotel a great review! The front desk staff were patient and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The location is super convenient with easy access to the subway and buses, and it's even within walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate. Sony Center's night views are right downstairs, which is a big plus. The breakfast quality was excellent, with salmon and another type of fish, and a good variety of dishes. The freshly squeezed juices were a nice touch! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and being next to the Mall of Berlin makes shopping incredibly easy!

The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities. It's a 10-minute walk to the zoo, and there are bus and subway stops right outside. The breakfast spread is generous, and both the gym and swimming facilities are well-equipped and complete. The front desk staff are welcoming and provide excellent customer service.

Love this hotel so much! It has the amenities we needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenette to cook. Clean and tidy. Room comes with smart tv and location is great! Walking distance to the Christmas market!

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. Transportation was convenient, with a bus stopping right at the hotel entrance. The in-room TV had screen mirroring, making it suitable for various types of travelers.

Dissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that ”renovation” meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside... The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge. All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money... Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then. Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.

The hand soap and shower gel were both unusable because they were broken and wouldn't dispense. The carpet on the floor was quite dirty, but everything else was fine.

Room was OK. Clean at first glance, but otherwise so-so (e.g. completely dusty under the bed, shower head very calcified, unpleasant smell from the bathroom). Very small, you had hardly any room to move around and not in the bathroom anyway, so not suitable for tall people. Overall, it was OK for the price. Definitely suitable for a party holiday in Berlin, less so for a couples holiday. We didn't eat the food.

It can be reached in 3 minutes by walking. The nearby Turkish barbecue is delicious. There are also many restaurants, there are two big supermarkets, and the price is cheap.
