Overall, the experience is very good: the service is welcoming, the environment is also good, close to the White Lake, there is a park around, the front desk and the waiter's attitude is also very good!

The person at check-in was friendly and explained everything to us, even offering us NYE paraphernalia. However, the cleanliness of the room was pretty poor. The shower room appeared to have black mould low down as well as on the wall. The room was a good size though, with two single beds, a bunk bed and a table with chairs. There was a mini fridge, kettle and microwave. However, the microwave was also not clean.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. On the downside, no elevator. But a young man from the reception helped me lift my suitcase. Also, my room was in another building. That is, I had to go through the courtyard and up the stairs in another building.

For one night the hotel fulfills everything, especially if you want to stay cheap. We had a community bath and the one was clean. The beds I need to praise especially for me. Not too hard and not too soft, we really had a very good sleep. Also it was not too loud outside and we could sleep open with windows.

The facilities are new and the design is modern, with spacious rooms. Breakfast isn't the best, but it's decent. The location is superb; you can see the cathedral right from the balcony.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for all the things to see and do in Berlin! Close to a train station and Museum Island Would highly recommend this hotel. Comfy beds, room clean, cant comment on restaurant as didn't eat there. 5⭐️

The hotel is in a good location, clean and hygienic. It has a small kitchen which is great. You can cook your own meals. This is very important. Chinese stomachs are not accustomed to eating Western food. The room is relatively spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is located in the central district of Nicholas. There are various museums and restaurants within 15 minutes walk, and the station is within about 10 minutes. The hotel staff was also kind. Thank you.

Our stay at the Motel One Berlin-Hackescher Market was completely positive. The hotel is very centrally located near Alexanderplatz and is perfectly connected to public transport. The check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and professional. The room was modern and stylishly furnished, though a little bit small. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Most pleasant was the quiet atmosphere despite the central location. The lounge in the entrance area was cozy and stylish, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. A small disadvantage was that the room was limited, which could be somewhat unpracticable in longer stays.
