Hotel with good rooms standard for Ibis network. They took a room with the balcony, the places were enough, separate the sauna. The location is very convenient, near the metro station and shops/restaurants. Breakfast is good but always the same

The hotel room was quite spacious. I had two separate bookings, and when I checked in, the hotel merged them into one, so I didn't have to switch rooms during my stay. My booking didn't include breakfast, but the front desk informed me at check-in that there's a complimentary simple breakfast with bread and coffee available from 7 AM to 11 AM, which was a nice bonus. A downside was that I was given a room at the very end of the hallway which got a lot of sun. Given that the sun doesn't set until past 9 PM in Berlin in May, the room got very hot in the afternoons, and there was no air conditioning, just a small, very noisy fan. There was also no refrigerator. I stayed for four nights, but housekeeping only came once every three days.

The hotel is very well located and the room is wide and air-conditioned, the staff are friendly and helpful, but the room is all covered with a carpet that looks dirty and sweet, but I think it's worth staying. I recommend that anyone wants to be well located and not spend much.

The hotel's quality is as reliable as always, truly living up to the Crowne Plaza brand. Its location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of the city center with attractions, shopping districts, restaurants, and subways all within easy reach. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean, and surprisingly, there's no noise despite being next to the street. The breakfast offers a typical continental spread, fresh and delicious. The gym facilities are convenient, and it was a pleasant surprise to find a swimming pool in such a prime downtown location, where space is at a premium. There are also extra benefits for IHG members. Overall, a huge thumbs-up!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this. Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a direct connection with bus 100 and in walking distance to the Zoo. Also, many affordable & good restaurants nearby. The room is basic.

This hotel met and exceeded my expectation especially the front desk (sayed and the team) and restaurant staff who did a great job reflecting their hospitality, friendly and caring nature. I love that the staff is coming from a variety of backgrounds which made our stay very interesting and warm. Our children were treated so nice and generously by the staff and even had free breakfast. Food is great and even they served champaign and smoked salmon on new year breakfast. Metro station is right there and the airport is almost 20 minutes by the metro and train. Thanks for your professionalism and hospitality.

The room has enough space to hang clothes and is generally clean. The only downside is that the bathroom door cannot be closed. There is no refrigerator and water provided, which is a little inconvenient. The front desk was polite and willing to provide environmentally friendly tableware.

Very spacious and modern rooms with a great view from the window. The free parking is a great addition and definitely adds value. Breakfast is quite expensive, which is typical for business-style hotels, but there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. The location is convenient with good access to public transport. Overall, great value for money.
