Very pleasantly surprised hotel, online check-in, online check-out, although the room is small, but very clean, very tidy, suitable for social phobia! The front desk lady is very nice, highly recommended!

The location is so good. It is close to the train station and has excellent accessibility to the old town tourist attractions. There is also a large supermarket right in front.

I made a reservation without knowing if the hotel allowed self-catering, but it was great to be able to cook in the common space on the first floor.
Delicious coffee is available for free, there is a water purifier, and you can drink cocoa and various teas.
There were also simple ingredients such as salt and oil.
It was a really fun time, buying food at the coop, eating it, and drinking tea in an open space.
Fruit is also provided. (Sometimes it isn't there)
Anyway, for the expensive Swiss prices... I think a hotel of this quality is very good. (The room is small and not very nice. We were on the second floor, so... but the bed was soft and nice. The bedding was also)
If I checked in online in advance, received a Bern transportation pass, and registered it on the transportation app (I can't remember the name), I could use it for 52 hours (I'm not sure) for a 2-night stay.
I recommend it.. ~ Excellent value for money.!!!!

One of the front desk staff had a bad attitude and told us that we could check out if we were not satisfied. But after checking in, I found that the room is very clean, the sound insulation is very good, and all kinds of supplies are simple and foldable.
