Firstly this hotel's is not working and hence i booked and that is why they gave me a room far away from the main hotel premises. I had to pay extra for changing my room. The breakfast spread was below average for what they have been charging for. The preparations were not at all upto mark. They served me nearly cold filter coffee. Only saving grace is the ambience of the hotel, though not quite well maintained. They had many back to back marriages so they hardly cared for single room. This hotel is only for group bookings as we saw big buses coming for stopover stay. No luggage assistance was provided at checkout. I would say zero value for money kind of hotel. Please avoid booking in this hotel.

Teníamos reservada habitación en edificio principal y nos enviaron a otro edificio apartado, que nada tiene que ver con las habitaciones del edificio principal. Sucio, viejo, tuvimos que poner una mesita para poder poner los neceseres, lavabo sucio y viejo, al abrir la cama la encontramos sin cambiar del último huesped, las sábanas arrugadas y sucias, las almohadas arrugadas, llenas de pelos y rotas por el desgaste. Aire acondicionado muy viejo y con mucho ruido. Solicitamos cambio de habitación pero nos dijeron que estaban completos. Nos ofrecen limpiar y cambiar la ropa de cama; han venido lo han puesto todo patas arriba y han desaparecido, son las 11:30 h. y no veo el momento en que podremos ir a dormir. Hemos solicitado el libro de reclamaciones, pero no hay manera de que nos lo entreguen, nos dan una hoja suelta que destruirán en cuanto salgamos del hotel. Mala experiencia no, lo siguiente.

A nice hotel, in a nice garden, and if you can believe the pictures, with nice rooms as well - we were however put in a separate building some 100 meters from the main building, with basic undecorated rooms, no WiFi/internet - you had to go to the lobby to have some connectivity… We saw one family during dinner, no one during breakfast, so it felt a bit awkward… However, we enjoyed the great swimming pool.

Super spacious room with very comfortable bed. Internet very fast. Bathroom not very modern, but had plenty of hot water, though a bit salty as is common in this part of world. No lift, so will be a problem if you are not fit to climb the stairs. Breakfast was rather average.

There is no bar at the hotel as provided in the description. Further is it a pure veg hotel, a hich should have been mentioned in the description

The hospitality served by the hotel was magnificent. The food was fresh and delicious. The ambience and the kesri rooms are top notch.the usta antiques kept in the hotel are a very good piece of attraction and Large swimming pool perfect area for relax. In other words it is a must visit place if you come to bikaner.
