We had a very comfortable stay in Hotel Carlton. It’s my third time to stay there. The location is fantastic. The whole experience is special. The rooms are very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room are very much appreciated. The little bar is nice for a nightcap after a night out. I’ll certainly stay again

The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.

Location is about 15 to 20 minutes from the center. I was a little worried about security as it was far from the center, but there was nothing in particular. It may be better not to be too late for a woman alone. The room was large and clean and easy to spend. Towels, hair dryers and hair body wash are provided. Since it is not separated as a shower room, I am prepared to be bishabisha in that area. There is a TV, but there is no refrigerator. The bed was too soft and not too hard and I was easy to sleep ◎ The response of the front desk was also good!

Stayed at this wonderful little hotel for 3 nights over the weekend. As a budget hotel, don't expect unbridled luxury, because you'll be disappointed. What you'll get is a clean, compact and functional room, excellent breakfasts, and reception staff that are exceptionally efficient, friendly and helpful, and all speak English to a high standard. Located next to the bullring, it's a short walk to all the major sights that the beautiful city of mk Bilbao has to offer. I will definitely be returning to Bilbao, and this gem of a hotel.

The location is good, it is convenient to the major attractions in the city, and there are many Chinese storefronts. The counter can also communicate in English. We arrived via the airport bus and found the accommodation easily thanks to reading the reviews beforehand. It is a doorway with a many signs including one for Bilbao city rooms. The rooms are on floors 4 and 5 with Reception on the 4th. Check in was fast and simple with a warm welcome from the lady at reception. The whole two floors have well lit clean corridors and the lift is great. The room was a very clean well presented modern double with a large shower room and plenty of storage. The window s can be opened and I like other reviews mentioning the heat and the ceiling fan... we can say it’s chilly at night but the heating does come on at ten! The location of these room is very central and excellent l. Great transport links if needed but we walked all around the old and new parts of the city with the Guggenheim, bars and restaurants all on our doorstep. Shopping in Bilbao is fantastic and dint be afraid to visit the 2nd hand stores .. some amazing finds!!!

I enjoyed my stay here, everything was super clean and private feeling. The downstairs area was nice, and there were activities on each night. The only thing I'd say is it would be nice to have bathrooms outside of the rooms as well on each floor in case you need to use the shower etc at the same time as someone in your room. It also felt like you were intruding in their space if you went into the bathroom area when someone else was in there (the shower, toilet, and mirror/sink were all really close together). Saying that, I'd still stay again!

The hotel is located in a very central area, as well as convenient for reaching all the city's attractions on foot. Located along one of the main streets of Bilbao, it is still very close to the metro station (Indautxu stop), as well as having the local bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance; furthermore, the bus station that connects the city center to the airport is located about 500 meters away. So what can I say, it's very central! The hotel is of excellent quality and very clean, the rooms are large and comfortable, the reception staff is quite courteous. But what I will never forget is the comfort of the bed, one of the best I have slept in so far! An extra-large double bed, in which it was very pleasant to spend time beyond the hours of sleep; let's also say that, in the morning, it pleasantly stole some of the precious time we had allocated to visiting the city. I can't comment on breakfast, as we booked for room only. To be recommended.

lovely experience at the Autograph, staff was really friendly and the location was perfect - you could walk to many places. there are food available in the late night in the vicinity as well. the rooftop bar has a great view for an afternoon cerveza! room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 2 person.
