實話實説，這次入住體驗感非常讓我不舒服，前台的服務讓我非常生氣，在這家賓館住的，死心眼兒，本來還要住一天的，後來直接退了去濟南了，每次來都住這家賓館，這次讓人失望，我住的是豪華大床房，我下單下錯了，前台給我打電話讓我退了從新訂，我説那就這樣唄，也沒差多少錢，前台就不行，那我直接退了不住了，以後也不會來住了。

十月部分樓層在裝修，味道濃，無法入住，買會員的錢白花了。
