Cambios inesperados
Sin ningún aviso y sin ningún motivo nos cambiaron la Casa del Lago por una “villa”, mucho más pequeña y muy diferente a lo reservado. En el restaurante hay platos VIP que no están en el menú y no tienen el precio. Se realizó el pedido de un plato mixto del menú pero pidieron a la cocina uno VIP con más del doble del precio.

Tres bien, beaucoup d’activités et de choses a faire dans un meme endroit, nous avons pu profité de plusieurs piscines, jacuzzi, et l’activité canopy, le coucher de soleil est tres beau a voir depuis cet endroit. Le restaurant par contre a éviter, j’ai commandé du poulet le soir et rien qu’a l’odeur j’ai compris qu’il n’etait pas mangeable, a part ca tout etait tres bien et nous reviendrons avec plaisir, idéal pour aller en famille

Cuando hice la reservacion no me percaté que no se había cobrado 2 niños y quise hacer el cambio y no se podia incluso ustedes me estuvieron ayudando pero nunca me dieron una solución tuve que pagar mas al momento de pagar en el hotel
