Everything was great, central location, super friendly hosts and with a lovely surprise of breakfast which I didn’t think was included.. will definitely be staying again!!

Excellent my go to place in blackpool.

I liked the accommodation, friendly, good location, fairly priced including breakfast which was amazing well served. 
It was ashamed wasn’t en-suite room available when I did my booking. Good room with a nice double bed which I liked very much.

Arrived early to a cheerful greeting from owner Tony.. space made straight away in the free spaces in front of the hotel for our car… Checked in by the daughter in law (sorry forgot your name)..  Tony returned , asked our names which he never forgot the whole of our stay..(nice gesture) & showed us to our room which was clean,compact & comfortable…  We were ready to go out for the evening & it was absolutely pouring down . Tony’s son (Jay I think?)kindly offered to ring for a taxi for us & it arrived in minutes. (No just pointing numbers out on the notice board)  Bed was really comfortable,no springs poking through haha & we slept really well. The whole hotel was beautiful & warm the whole of our stay..  Breakfast was spot on. Cooked to perfection & plenty of it. John asked for a drink of water with his & the second day there was another glass of water on the table ready for him (so thoughtful)..  We came here as strangers & really felt like family when we left..  Thank you all for your hospitality,friendliness & a fun filled visit..  We will definitely be back in the future..

Don't expect anything fancy for this price. The building is old and worn out with poor soundproofing and creaking floors. The guest staying in the room next to mine got upset with the noises and started shouting at me (through the wall) a few times when there was noise coming from my room (like a water bottle falling on the creaking floor).   My room had no ventilation at all, so I had to keep the window open, making the room a bit cold in the night. The first night I kept the window closed, but then it got too hot.   The property was non-smoking, but it didn't apply to the staff. At least one of them smoked in the building and cigarette smoke smelled especially near their private rooms.   There were a lot of positives too. Even though my room looked like it was from the 1970's, it was cozy. The location was great, not far from the Central Pier. The service was friendly. There was a full English breakfast, available at 9 AM, 9:30 or 10 AM. 

It was the best hotel I have stayed at for the price. There were only two things the towel i was given was a hand towel and there was dust between bed and wall. Which i would normally taken a star off. But dave was very nice and went above and beyond to give me a lift to zoo on what was a rainy day. So that adds a star.
