Arrived to a freezing cold room and couldn't get the heating to work. Several trips down to reception (why no telephone in room?) before THEY switched it on. You might think you have control of the heating, but oh no, THEY decide if and when you can heat your room. The free internet is disgustingly slow. You get many prompts to upgrade to their superior internet at a cost of £5 a day. What is it with rip-off Britain? Never have this problem with hotels abroad, WiFi is free and fast. Gave up in the end and used the 5g signal. Room was very basic with only one chair. At a cost of £117 a night plus breakfast we were very disappointed I am sure there are better value hotels in Blackpool than this.
