Stupid dog barking at midnight. Pets are allowed in this place!
Also around midnight, people were checking in or I don't know and they were carrying something on wheels and it was noisy. No respect. Hey midnight, people are sleeping!!
Children were playing hockey on the 3rd floor and they were disturbing me and also a customer told them her dissatisfaction.

The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is relatively simple, and part of the deposit was deducted when checking out. I don't know why. Other things are OK, overall good, recommended.

A bit far from the central area of Montreal. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was great with various choices. The power went off for several hours because of the storm.

This is a new hotel so everything was new, the service was good, have good breakfast. The people working at the breakfast bar seems to try too hard on getting around guesses to be on top of the things there, but it would be nice if they could chilled off to let guesses help themselves and out of the way first. Front desk clerks are available if you have questions, but it would be nice if they could try a little smile sometimes. I am from the US and have been in the people business my whole life so I am big on being friendly and curtesy, doesn't matter how bad of the mood you are in, but I don't expect the foreigners to do that. I like the place so I leave a 5 stars.

The hotel is very new and the room is OK. I checked in at midnight and the old man on duty at the door was **. In the morning, the manager appeared and the service attitude of other employees returned to normal.
