Tudo impecável. Estrutura, atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã sem defeitos. Fiquei poucos dias mas gostaria de ter ficado mais. Sobre o clima: peguei cerração, chuva e sol com céu azul (em apenas 3 dias!) É bom dar uma olhada na previsão do tempo antes de subir a serra, que é belíssima mas muito perigosa principalmente com cerração ou chuva forte. Hotel incrível, super recomendo!

Hospedagem aconchegante!
Excelente local, lindo e muito aconchegante! Passamos 02 dias e tivemos a sensação de um descanso imenso!!!
Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos...
Vale muito a pena o passeio no balanço infinito, fomos à cavalo, onde o funcionário Leonardo, que nos acompanhou é extremamente cuidadoso e eficiente.
O café da manhã é como um evento, muito saboroso com variedades muito deliciosas.

Um paraíso na serra catarinense
Estadia perfeita. Hotel com excelente estrutura e atendimento. Chale com vista para o lago. Parecia um sonho. Piscina aquecida externa com borda infinita parecia um daqueles hoteis nos alpes suíços. O atendimento de excelência: queria uma massagem relaxante e foram buscar a massagista na cidade só para me atender. A massagem vale muito a pena, é feita num chale incrível envidraçado com vista para um jardim com mini cachoeira o que torna a experiência ainda mais relaxante!
