Generally quite good but the room is quite old, no coffee and tea in the room, every day I had problems with the room card which was demagnetized.
In addition when leaving I did not find my toiletry bag, however the staff remains friendly and professional.

Mediocre stay
This is a so-so, mid range hotel with marginally comfortable beds and furniture that needs repair. The shower room is quite nice. It's also very difficult to find if you are not driving.

Décevant Les points positifs : proximité du centre de Porto, comptez 20 min à pieds. Le métro est à côté ce qui fait que c’est bien utile, ligne directe pour l’aéroport. Chambre correcte, literie bonne Repas du soir excellent Les points négatifs : le prix de la bouteille de vin 29€ , le petit déjeuner très simpliste, pas de machine à café des carafes et le goût horrible, l’ensemble du petit déjeuner n’est pas à l’image d’un 4 étoiles L’eau de la piscine n’est pas chauffée comme il faut (plutôt froide) et le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas, pas d’accueil non plus débrouillez vous.

Room needs repairs, avoid rooms near lift.
Noise from lifts kept me awake until late then woke me early in the morning. The sink had a crack in it, the shower went hot and cold, and the grout on the tiles was black in places. However, the hotel has a nice gym and swimming pool with great views. The breakfast was good also. It's a shame the room I stayed in was not better.
