10 days staying and they never cleaned the room. They empty the bins only twice in ten days and we had to go to the desk for clean towels and clean mugs. We placed the tag outside the door every day and before 11.00 but they took any notice of it. Fake tag

Chambre très spacieuse, hôtel, propre personnel, respectueux et à l’écoute proche du centre de Londres en Transport. Rien à redire breakfast, excellent Lidl, à moins de cinq minutes à pied pour les courses parking spacieux et sécurisé . 10/10

Incroyable hôtel très mignon et calme, dans un bon endroit pas trop loin de Londres et bien sécurisée on a bien aimer le staff qui était vraiment gentil et a l’écoute les lit sont très spacieux et bien confortables, propreté est le mots que j’utiliserai pour décrire cette hôtel!

Very good hotel, very calm and very clean we loved everything about this hotel, the staff is very kind and attentive to the requests and demands, we asked for everything and the made our requests, the cafeteria area is lovely and they have a great bar too

Incroyable on a passer 2 nuits et c’est magnifique et propre, très calme et avec un grand parking, le personnel était tres gentil et professionnel on aime aussi le fait que pour ce que on paye on a des très bon équipement et des lit bien spacieux et confortable

C’était incroyable, l’hôtel était très propre et bien budget friendly, le personnel était très gentil et a l’attente de nos demandes. Le cafétéria était incroyable, tout est propre et très calme et je vous le conseille si vous voulez résider pendant quelques jours à coter de londres

Very tidy and staff super friendly. Tona at front desk was superb, very helpful with getting me sorted! Parking right out front so easy to get a parking spot. Hotel is located in great location with plenty around for food, drink and entertainment
