The staff at Rila Borovets is extremely professional and at the same time super friendly with a sense of humor. Rila has been a pinnacle of excellence in Borovets for over 30 years and it only gets better and better. I strongly recommend staying at Rila and taking advantage of the spa services. It is the ultimate relaxation and serenity place in Borovets.

We booked the hotel together with 4 other couples. We had an amazing time in the area and the hotel is very well renovated with an excellent Spa area. Lots of entertainment for small and big. Staff was very friendly and the food was also up to standards as expected. We had a family member forget something in the hotel, and reception was extremely helpful and send it via post at their expense! Highly recommended.

unfortunately this year in the hotel was very cold. The price did not justify the quality. The pool was cold. Stay cozy but not well heated. the staff was friendly…………… ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………::::::::……………………….

The hotel is unique with its location. However what makes the hotel a special one are all the people that work there. Everyone is extremely friendly. I am beyond grateful to everyone that were involved in the rose suprise i asked them to do. This made our stay more than special, thank you guys you rock

Lovely stay and great location for borovets
Hotel Rila is the largest in borovets and has an amazing set of facilities including full spa with multiple Sauna, Steam rooms and Turkish steam bath, relaxing area, very large pool and jacuzzis. The Reception is excellent as well as the breakfast has a large choice and restaurant for dinner was lovely food. Hotel rooms were excellent beds,toilets and showers and balcony and some even have views of the slopes. They also have ski storage room for all your equipment even if you hire elsewhere. Best of all you can ski right down to the reception!

Hotel Rila is the largest in borovets and has an amazing set of facilities including full spa with multiple Sauna, Steam rooms and Turkish steam bath, relaxing area, very large pool and jacuzzis. The Reception is excellent as well as the breakfast has a large choice and restaurant for dinner was lovely food. Hotel rooms were excellent beds,toilets and showers and balcony and some even have views of the slopes. They also have ski storage room for all your equipment even if you hire elsewhere. Best of all you can ski right down to the reception!
