Great staff, very clean. Was skeptical when I read ”bathroom down the hall” but was pleasantly surprised by everything! For not having a bathroom in the room or pool STILL 10/10 I absolutely plan to be back soon! Might rent a whole floor with our couples friends

I arrived early and they were able to find me a room that was available which was very nice. As a Globalist they offered a 4 pm checkout and free breakfast. Got a nice room facing the Charles River. A pleasant stay and very convenient to MIT. Also nice that they now have a shuttle that will take you to Kendall, Central or Harvard Square.

The room is quite decent, typical of an American inn, but the service is great. The front desk is as welcoming as a family member, and they even helped me buy NBA tickets. Especially the lady at the front desk talked about my dear, which is so heart-warming... Also The two men were a little lacking, but the overall situation was still good. The buffet breakfast options were enough to fill you up. Compared to the room rate, the complimentary breakfast was so delicious! The key is the underground laundry room, which is Virgo’s favorite. I will stay there again if I have the opportunity. It’s so convenient to have a self-driving car, and the parking fee of 20 US dollars a day is also acceptable😍😍

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and quiet! The blue carpet, the interior color is gentle, and the water temperature is not suitable. The little brother came to help adjust it. He told me that this is the second most comfortable hotel in Boston, and I believe it! The night shift service at the front desk is called Sam. He is very nice. He will help you with any questions. If you have a language barrier, he will find a way to use a computer to translate. Will book again next time!

Although I stayed at this hotel for only 12 hours, the room was quite spacious and confortable and equipped with everything I needed to stay for one night. As I needed to leave the hotel at 5am and could not have breakfast as it started being supplied from 6am. However, staying at this hotel was still worth the price.

The room facilities and other facilities are basically the same as the Wynn in Las Vegas, and they are also similar to those in Macau. Even the English on the toiletry box is bigger than the Chinese. This price is very good value for money for hotels of the same class in Boston. However, the hotel's food is inconvenient and there are many gamblers, which is a bit troublesome. The quality of front desk staff varies. The employees at the beginning were pretty good, but the employees you know later were much worse.

The front desk service is good, breakfast is the best among several hotels in the United States, balanced and very full. Remember to get the food before 10 o'clock, outdated. The room is large, the fly in the ointment is that the room with disabled bathing equipment leaks more after the shower.

Dont the unique decor of the hotel fool you. Outside the decor of the hotel, the rest is just gabbage, it shouldn't be part of the Hilton branch. I travel into Boston every week on assignment and it so happen that am currently staying in this hotel right now. I always have great experience in all the Hilton hotels I have been staying with except this particular one. I am suppose to be staying here for 4 days, and 3 day into my stay. Last night, as I was relaxing and having a cup of wine, the glass felt off my hand and spill on the bed. I had to use a towel to cover that side of the bed in order to be able to sleep on the bed till in the morning. I got in touch with the front desk at 7am this morning before going to work to let them know that I needed my bed sheet changed due to the spill drink. The lady at the front desk, assured me that it will be changed before I get back. when I got back from work at 3pm and got to my room, the bed sheet is still not changed. I called the front desk, to enquire as to why it wasn't changed. BILL at the front desk answered the phone and told me that, am not staying more than 4 days so, my room cant be clean. If I need towels, it can be send up stairs. I had to let him know again that, I had stopped at the front desk earlier today to let them know why I needed my bed sheet changed. From this point onwards he became condescending and repeat the same thing he said earlier of me not staying more than 4 days, and as I was about to say I will go down stairs to collect the bedsheet, he hang the phone on my ear. I call again to ask what was his reason for hanging up the phone on me, he didn't pick the phone. After that, I went down stairs to talk to him in person, and all he could say is, ”I did not hang up the phone, I thought you hang up, Maybe the phone got disconnected”. what a LAME ASS EXCUSE, for been UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! This is the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel and will never stay here again. Can't wait to check out

EElgin Hero HidalgoThe location is good - accessible to metro, shops and landmarks. The room is small for the price, and the breakfast is a joke - you get either some small sandwich or a plate of toast. On one day, they espresso machine was broken, so I had to take the generic coffee that's very watery. The reception staff was not friendly, just transactional. Same with the breakfast server on that day. My room has a so-so view of the city, it's facing the main street, and the rooms have poor soundproofing - I could hear the partying and the cars from the street and I am on the 10th floor. Moreso, I could hear a couple fighting the whole afternoon in the next room (that's why they have earplugs offered in the room because they know the problem). It's style-over-substance hotel, i.e. the aesthetics has a cool style but the practicality is very IKEA: foldable room desk and chair, hooks on wall instead of cabinets and hangers. For the price I paid, it's not value for money. It's a glamorized hostel for the price of a decent Marriott hotel room. Overall, I would look elsewhere the next time I'm back in Boston.

HHeatherLocation of the hotel couldn’t be beat! It was within walking distance to almost every highlight of Boston. Typically we pick a place to stay with free breakfast but there weren’t many to choose from for the location we wanted. Our room didn’t have a view but that’s to be expected in a downtown area. Also would’ve been nice to have a hot tub or something to sit in at the end of the night. Only random complaint I have was actually the size of the bathroom. This might be a weird thing to complain about but I think because the bathroom was so large and didn’t seem to be heated well and when I did try to take a bath (yes I bathe in hotel bathtubs) it got cold very quickly. I was disappointed they don’t have all ADA accommodations. The captioning didn’t work for half of the television shows, there were no flashing lights or doorbell for my husband who is deaf. I understand the building is old but it seemed like some of those things probably could be added. We didn’t interact with the staff much. We kept our privacy door hanger at the whole time so I can’t anything about housekeeping except the room was clean when we arrived. Overall the stay was good for the cost. And we would definitely pick this hotel again simply for the location.

GGuest UserI stayed here one night during both my trip from El Paso, Texas to Rockland, Maine (stopping overnight in Boston) and again on my way back. It isn't a fancy hotel but it is a great ”commuter” hotel. Despite it being right next to the airport, I never really heard anything during my first stay when my room was at the front of the building (Room #312), and was only faintly aware of the planes taking off on the second night when my room was on the backside of the building (Room #213). The rooms were impeccably clean (even the windows which were crystal clear) and comfortable. The bed was ”comfy cozy”, and the shower was the BEST I have ever had in a hotel. The personnel were friendly and efficient. Ryan, at the front desk was especially understanding and helpful in getting my boarding passes for the next day's flight printed for me (I'm a ”senior” and go old school in wanting printed paper boarding passes). I would also like to give a special ”shout out” to my shuttle driver, Carolyn, who was especially outgoing and friendly (while still maintaining a constant watch on traffic). Speaking of the shuttle, they were very helpful and spot on when giving me directions as to how to get from my arrival gate at the airport to the spot where their bus would pick me up, and the bus arrived within the time frame they promised. Because of my experience with this hotel, I will be booking the Hilton Garden Inn at Sky Harbor Airport North in Phoenix for my ”stop over” nights during my Hawaii trip next spring.

GGuest UserI am a Marriott Ambassador level member and have stayed at the Liberty several times. Took the family to spend labor day long weekend. While most others have dropped the ball and use Pandemic as excuse for reduced or even zero service, the Liberty remains tops on my list of Boston hotels. Service is flawless, food is amazing and this hip hotel gives you many reasons to stay in-house in the evenings. Fun lobby DJ, and great bars within hotel make it truly stand out. The front desk is amazing and did and incredible job with pre-stay communications. Special shout out to the one and only Mirko (chief concierge) who is super knowledgeable and singlehandedly makes the stays at the hotel, world class. You can't go wrong with this hotel

GGuest UserBoston, MA… It is one of those cities where you ask yourself why aren’t you living here. Home to many well-known colleges, the arcs of the American Revolution, and everything that’s unique to the New England region of America. Tourists, college families, and businessmen flock the old fashion streets from many competitive accommodations in the Boston area. The Kimpton Nine Zero Hotel is a Boutique Luxury Hotel located razor close to the Boston Common. Given the mixed reviews I read before my stay, I was quite skeptical about staying at this hotel. I could have chosen any other hotel like my comfort brand the InterContinental, but I was on budget and couldn’t use my Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night there. Therefore, I decided to risk it by staying here for my two nights in Boston. My first ever trip to Boston took place between September 29th to October 1st. As the Diamond Elite Ambassador Member, I booked the 1 King Premium Room, but was later upgraded upon arrival to the 1 King Premium Skyline Corner View Room upon my arrival. The room costed $660 for two nights after a deduction of my Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night Voucher. After a quick subway ride from Logan Airport, I made the 10 minute walk to the hotel from the State Station. After walking into the casual, posh, yet vibrant hotel lobby, I was welcomed by Liz. Liz briefed me on my room upgrade, the Kimpton hotel features such as the Better Sorts Social Club restaurant, and the daily hotel traditions at Kimpton like the Morning Coffee Table or Social Wine Hour. I had a very nice experience checking-in with Liz. Down the cozy looking hall, through the posh elevator, up 15 levels is my room 1605. As mentioned it the Skyline View Corner Premium King Room. The size of the room is at 350 SQFT or 32 SQM. To me it is a room size comfortably sufficient for two people.
