Hôtel Belambra qui je pense n’est pas adapté pour des enfants en bas âge ou du moins qui ne marche pas encore. Possible qu’à partir de 4/5 ans ce soit top au vu de toutes les activités possibles aux alentours. Pas d’ascenseur donc obligé de porter la poussette pour monter les étages pour aller manger (matin, midi et soir). Repas compris pour notre fils mais un seul goût de petit pot pour toute la semaine car fermeture de l’hôtel le samedi donc plus de stock. Service blanchisserie fermé tout le séjour… Piscine de l’hôtel trop froide donc pas possible d’y emmener notre fils et nous devions monter à celle de la station. Chambre spacieuse pour un couple et pratique avec la baignoire quand on a un bébé baignoire mais un peu petit quand on y ajoute le lit parapluie et la poussette. Concernant le buffet, grand choix de nourriture mais un peu juste niveau table et besoin de faire la queue pour se servir. Animations tous les soirs et activités organisés ce qui est interessant. Avis mitigé sur notre séjour.

Wonderful week
We stayed at the sister hotel in Avoriaz and had a great time so booked this but always skeptical of the all inclusive option . in this instance we were so pleased with the experience and will def return with our children - check in, simple polite and quick, luggage room avail until room was ready - bedroom, we had standard and it was spacious clean and beds and pillows incredibly comfortable, plenty of storage ,small kettle in the room and water fresh from the taps, only negative was they only have a bath which takes at least half an hour to fill so we waited and shared, this might not suit a lot of people, the shower attachment doesn’t really work for a standing shower as no cubicle or screen but otherwise a great room - hotel entertainment excellent with a resident band each night, efficient bar staff plenty of comfortable seats. Breakfast good enough, option of baguettes ham, cheese etc to make lunch sandwiches to take away if required, lunch and dinner buffet limited choices but all hot and tasty, best option was the Zinc bar for lunch delicious burgers and Panninis , not too much effort to come back for lunch as the hotel is about 50 yards from the ski lift so if you don’t want to carry lunch or eat out it’s simple enough to get back. Actually quite nice to come back to chill for an hour and get warm and take your boots off ! All drinks and food included and apres ski waffles and pancakes etc atmosphere great . Spa is €17 pp, it was ok. Overall highly recommend

We'd come again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at belambra and would recommend to friends and family. We arrived late on new years eve and they had a plate of food waiting for us both which was very kind! Plenty of food choices each day and a good variety day to day, all of which was very tasty. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were plenty big enough and the beds were comfortable. Right on the doorstep of everything, location was perfect. Entertainment every night at the bar was brilliant. Would 100% stay again

IDÉALEMENT placé dans la station. Les chambres et les repas sont de bonnes factures. Nos enfants ont aussi bien apprécié le club enfant. Il y a beaucoup d activités proposées dans la stage et le pass est bien.

séjour début septembre au bellambra , peu de client donc trés agréable, nous avons passé un super séjour , le parc , la vue , les criques , la plage, les spectacles,l'ambiance , la nourriture, les cocktails ,la réception ,c'était top , à refaire!!!

Gros souci d'odeur pestilentielle dans la chambre. Nous en avons informé l'équipe du club mais nous n'avons pu avoir qu'une solution provisoire (une nuit). Nourriture vraiment très en-dessous de ce à quoi l'on peut s'attendre dans un Belambra 5B. Au point que nous avons mangé tous les jours dehors alors que nous étions en pension complète. Chambres vieillottes et assez exigües, sûrement bien exposées pour l'hiver mais en été, nous avons étouffé. Très mal isolées. Pour ne rien arranger, club extrêmement bruyant, il n'y a pas d'escaliers mais de grands couloirs en pente dans lesquels les enfants font des courses. Les portes claquent très fort (grooms mal réglés). Enfin, clientèle partiellement très mal éduquée, notre fille s'est fait griffer par une gamine (8 ans quand même), puis étrangler (!!!) par un garçon plus âgé qu'elle. Nous allons dans des clubs car elle adore le club enfants, c'était tellement nul et mal organisé qu'elle ne voulait plus y aller... Pour le reste, l'équipe d'accueil au moins est aidante et gentille.
