This was by far the best breakfast I had at any hotel throughout Brazil. It is a great start to any day when you get started with the right food.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I arrived in the early hours of the morning (around 6AM), and I was given breakfast and an early check-in that was all unanticipated.
The location was within great walking distance of many areas of interest, restaurants, and shopping.

Pesadelo!
Gostaria de relatar minha experiência neste hotel 🏨.
Na recepção fui bem atendida, paguei as duas diárias, e me entregaram a chave do quarto (210).
Ao entrar no quarto, senti um cheiro insuportável de mofo. Olhei para o teto e vi várias manchas pretas de mofo no teto.
Imediatamente voltei a recepção e pedi para mudar de quarto. O único quarto que me foi ofertado foi o quarto de portador de necessidades especiais (201).
Neste quarto o cheiro estava melhor, e o teto não estava mofado. Só tinha um pouco de mofo no banheiro (o que também não deveria haver).
Ao olhar para a cama, os lençóis manchados. Aparentemente lavados, mas com manchas!
Vários mosquitos dentro do quarto.
A coisa só vai piorando…
No dia seguinte, ao irmos tomar desjejum, os talheres ofertados estavam SUJOS! MAL LAVADOS!
Inacreditável.
Mesmo assim, achei um limpo e dei um pão para minha filha menor. A minha filha mais velha não teve coragem de comer nada devido a esses fatos relatados.

Domingo de manhã, ao irmos tentar comer o desjejum, de cara os pratos estavam SUJOS, e molhados!
Que nojo! Como vou comer uma comida feita neste padrão de limpeza?!
Na mesma hora falei para minhas filhas que iríamos comer em outro lugar.
Arrumei as coisas e fomos embora.
Foi uma decepção enorme a nossa estadia no Hotel Riviera.
Chão manchado!
Lençóis manchados!
Mosquitos no quarto!
Teto mofado!
Toalhas quase rasgando de tão velhas!

Hotel Riviera asa sul Brasília
Hotel está reformado, muito aconchegante. O problema foi o chuveiro que a água quente estava com problema e a cama de solteiro muito desgastada (de molas), muito ruim mesmo. No mais, tudo bom e café da manhã simples mas gostoso

Divergência de informações
É informado no site que o check in é às 13, ao chegar na propriedade informaram que era apenas às 14 e fora isso fizeram a gente esperar até às 15 pra liberarem os quartos pra gente, fora o chão que é grudento de tanto sabão.
