To be honest, the room was cleaned very well and the location was good. It was very convenient to go to the airport and the city center. There was a Chinese supermarket downstairs with everything you need, which was very convenient. The sea is right outside the door, which was a little luxurious! But the service staff was not very smiling and not very professional. Overall, it was good!

The management was always there professional, courteous and kind also went above and beyond to make us feel like home. In future we will definitely be going back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St.Kitts & Nevis

NO ROOM SERVICE FOR A 3 NIGHT STAY. NO STAFF PRESENT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING.On arrival they first told us we have no booking there until I saw the manager. I will never recommend this place for anyone. We heard confrontational arguments between the manager and guests who were turned away because of overbooking.
