A warm and very clean no-frills hotel close to the centre of Bruges. Great location close to many restaurants and a short walk from the main square. Friendly helpful staff. Basic room layout, plastic sinks etc. but clean and warm. Nice bar and breakfast option. Parking in adjacent underground public car park, with lift access to hotel courtyard. A good city centre option for a short stay.

The airport is about 20 mins from the hotel and cost about EUR46. As we arrived early morning into Brussels, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and go for a wonder into the city. The hotel also due to availability allowed earlier check in later in the day which was ideal. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were within 10 mins walking location of all the major tourist sights including Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, Choco Museum as well as some historical stunning Churches, some of which were literally on the other side of the hotel. The hotel is surrounded by many different restaurants and cafes - of all budgets including so many halal options which was a total surprise. There are also supermarkets within walking distance for water/snacks etc. Room was cleaned everyday and all staff were always friendly and attentive. Facilities in the room include tea/coffee making and one bottle of water as well as the standard things. Breakfast - excellent variety, plentiful, fresh and delicious and all staff were very friendly and cheerful especially towards children which was great to see. Worth paying extra to include breakfast. Swimming Pool - small but was ideal and my son enjoyed this, shallow water which is perfect for children. There is also some gaming/fun for children in the lounge. Again due to late evening flight, we were able to leave our luggage and do last minute shopping and a visit to the Choco Museum. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we visit Brussels and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Very a fantastic hotel in the centre of Brussels. It is near to many attractions and also near to the metro. Just take a day pass and roam around the city with peace of mind. Very good breakfast, though not a wide variety, but it's good enough. There were few disappointments. Firstly, The rooms were small but I think it is because of the small properties in any central part of any European city with a rich history. Secondly, at the reception, they told us the breakfast is from 6:30 to 11 AM but never mentioned it is only on weekends. On a fine Monday, we got up at 10 and went to breakfast at 10:30 AM but nothing was available. I was really horrified and I wanted not to come back. But as I raised concerns, one lady officer at the reception - INES handled it very well and pulled the strings. Mr. Abel, the chef come to us, talked to us, and having understood the concern, he baked us fresh croissants and pastries! Man, he is an amazing chef. Sir Abel got them fresh and was mind-blogging. This wiped out all my frustration and made me think I should come back again!

We were there during four nights. Cheap prices to be located in the heart of Brussels ( just 5 minutes away from City Center) close to restaurants and train station. Easyly located on Google Maps. Wifi and an other amenities provided. The room was very tidy and clean with a very confortable bed. 0 noisy, and the space it's ok for two people. Staff was so kind and polite, specially the Spanish guy. It's a low cost hotel but feels like 4 star by far. During your stay you have a right to one-room cleaning service, otherwise you have to pay 15 euros so be smart and ask for that service in the middle of your stay. 2 hour hair-dryer free service and vending machine at main floor. I would highly recommend this hotel so far. Our next trip around Europe will be in EasyHotel

The newly opened five-star hotel in Brussels is highly recommended Fleur de ville, a light luxury hotel with a total of 51 rooms The room decoration is very elegant, the furniture, carpets and bedding are all carefully selected famous brands. There are various types of pillows to choose from. And everyone’s favorite Aesop! Very parent-child friendly, suitable for a family of three and five There are five-star luxury hardware facilities... Even more affordable prices! The hotel was renovated on the original site of a bank office building a hundred years ago and some of the architectural decorations have been retained. Downstairs, on the next street is a gourmet check-in point for various restaurants. Downstairs, on the left is a super trendy craft beer restaurant with dozens of varieties. The gourmet stall cooperates with Belgian beer, which is super delicious and cheap. A pot of mussels costs 13 euros, while eating at an internet celebrity store costs 17 euros, hahaha Just opened for a month, Gaga is new

Stayed here two nights in mid-January 2023. Hotel is located in a gritty area, with much construction, but just a five minute walk to the main train station, with many transit connections. It's about a 10 - 20 minute walk to various tourist sites in the city. There are convenience stores and dining options nearby. Staff was OK but not overly friendly. Single room was small, but clean and the price was fair. There was a heating/AC unit on the wall but one button was missing and it didn't appear to be working. Temp was OK. There was a small desk and chair. Shower and sink were in the room and toilet in a small closet. The window opened into a narrow ventilation shaft so it was rather dark. Wifi, lights and TV worked fine. I didn't pay for the breakfast. It wasn't great, but it did the trick.

Just come home from a short two night stay at the hotel and everything was positive. Reception was down a few steps but there's a lift down for anyone who struggles with step. Check in was smooth and took less than 2 minutes . The room was very nice two single beds spaced quite close but if you are staying with friends or family this isn't an issue. Bathroom was clean and large with a bath and shower shower gel and shampoo was supplied attached to the wall in the shower. Free water daily stocked into the room fridge and also free coffee for the coffee machine. The later check out of 12 was a bonus and the hotel are happy to store luggage should you be on an evening flight. The hotel has a nice bar and all staff are friendly . The only issue would be because its such a large hotel the lifts are always busy we had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor a few times which is a lot of steps so anyone on a higher floor just be warned if you aren't too good at walking. The area around the hotel is pretty nice a bit like a business district but venture a few streets behind and it gets a bit grim and becomes a bit more shady just a warning to have your wits about you if going that way .

GGuest User 2023.06.09
The hotel Siru is particularly good for those who are required to be in the offices around the North Station or who wish to explore Brussels. The access door is defect and therefore you need to enter the hotel next door. The people at the reception are friendly and helpful. The room is OK, small and just, but also with a proper bed, desk, stop contacts and USB gates for example to load a phone, large box. The darkness cord is just too small, which makes you not able to dark the room. The door has dirty lining traces and a evacuation plan is missing. The room has coffee and water. The bathroom with toilet, lavabo and shower is also small. There are towels, soaps, etc. However, the shower is hardly going through and is packed with smooth tiles with polluted fittings (i.e. fungi), and the toilet is hardly swallowing through. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise at night: street noise from the square, but also a lot of disturbing sounds from the top bathrooms and showers. I suspect that there are also a lot of people who have to stay at the airport because from 4.30 you hear people leave the room and the corridor.... Often with stinging doors. The breakfast is OK: good coffee (but only one machine...) and fruit juice, enough choice of bread and coating, cheese, sauces, cheese, charcuterie and even fruitsla. The hotel is not clean enough, so you often have to sit on a table where the stitches, dirty cups and the cover of old guests were left. I cannot recommend this hotel. The number of negative points is too high. And so, the price and quality of the offers are not in balance, and I will not come back here.

We had been on a coach trip all around Europe, and stayed at this ”hotel” on our way back to Calais. I can honestly say it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. It was dark, and dingy, no decent lighting. We arrived about 8pm, all hungry, and we had a choice of 2 stews or pizza. The room was so tiny, we could not put 2 cases anywhere, I ended up putting mine by the door, which, really, would have been a fire hazard, as you couldn't get to the door in an emergency. The curtains were hanging off the rail, the pictures were all crooked, walls were thin, and we could hear everything our neighbours were saying. No tea or coffee in the room. One of our group, their room wasn't even ready, it was disgusting. Breakfast was awful, just ”continental”. The ”hot” water for tea, was luke warm. Could not use. The toaster didn't work properly and the staff ended up taking it away! As said before, the lighting was practically non-existent, could not see what you were eating. Coach companies - DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It put a really damper on our otherwise great holiday. In the morning, our drivers ended up collecting all the cases from the rooms because ”the porterage person” hadn't turned up that day!!

The hotel is very good and very good quality when it comes to a novel. The very modern room, the litter is perfect, a beautiful and modern bathroom, only a small bemol, the rest of the old occupants soap. Very large television with a lot of French-speaking chain. Heating nothing to signal, a little too noisy yet.

GGuest UserWe arrived on EuroStar in Brussels Midi and did not have a good impression of Brussels at first (note to self, next time take the metro or over ground train (operator IC) to Brussels Central which is literally five minutes walk down the slight hill to the Novotel hotel. We finally found the hotel literally 200 yards from the main square (Grote Markt). What a lovely welcome when we got to reception. The receptionists were just lovely, so friendly and welcoming. Embarrassingly their English was just so good. The restaurant employees were very welcoming too and they paid the appropriate attention when required, they too were great. The breakfast chef also came out periodically and topped food up which was good to see. Housekeeping was great and one morning the room service assistant had actually realised we had gone to breakfast and made our room up while we away at breakfast. Location - this hotel couldn't be better placed. Grand Square literally 200 yards away, Grand Central station five minutes walk (if that) up a slight hill. Summary - I would stay at the Novotel (off Grand Place) on a future visit without hesitation. A really well appointed and well placed hotel with really lovely friendly staff. Coming from the trade we appreciate the total effort the staff put in and thank them very much for making our stay so welcoming.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, right next to the grand place. However, the rooms are old and need to be updated. The sink in the bathroom and the woodwork had cracks. The corridors were dark and dingy. The lamps or coffee machine have to be disconnected to be able to charge one’s devices. There are no adapters or usb ports. The day we arrived, the bell boy was on holiday, so there was no one to help with the bags. The front office staff, other than the most junior of them, seemed totally disinterested. The room was hot in the night and the aircon panel did not work. When we told the front office staff that the air conditioning didn’t work adequately, they didn’t even acknowledge what we were saying, let alone offer any explanation or apology. The breakfast was fine, but the staff again showed very little interest in even asking if we wanted a cooked breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

1. The location is very good, very close to the Grand Plaza! Within 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central Station, you can see the arched gallery gallery next to the ibis, and the small entrance to the left hand side is the hotel entrance. 2. Although the breakfast is simple but it is good to eat, strictly check in at 15 o'clock, you can store your luggage first. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic, but the attitude was good. 3. The room is dry and wet. This is very convenient, but it may be that the room is just in the side street (not in the arcade). It feels that the bathroom is as big as the room, and the sense of space is not particularly large. 4. During my stay with my friends, there is no elevator service on the second floor. If the room is arranged on the second floor, I have to take the luggage upstairs from the back stairs of the fire escape. For the guests with big luggage, I feel It's amazing! Of course you can ask the staff for help.

GGuest UserI was whisked away to old world opulence as I walked into Le Plaza. The ornate chandelier, intricate carpet, and polished seating created a luxurious atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly night front desk staff member named Ashley. He checked me in quickly and let me know that I could order something to eat if I was hungry. The elevator ride up to my room was a delight. The hallway was decorated in a vintage style, and my room, 534, felt like a miniature villa. The bathroom was gorgeous, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was a bit of a mix of vintage and modern, with a flat screen TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light, and I woke up feeling luxurious every morning. The food at Le Plaza was delicious. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The service was also excellent. I never had to wait long for anything, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I injured myself during my stay, and Ashley and the other night staff member, Luis, were very helpful. They gave me first aid supplies and helped me get ice for my injury. I was very grateful for their help. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Le Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is great. It's in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions The hotel offers a variety of room types, so you can find the perfect one for your needs. The hotel has a variety of dining options, so you can find something to suit your taste. I hope this helps!

GGuest UserHotel is very conveniently situated. Was able to take a bus from South Station (Midi) - 2 minute walk to hotel from bus stop - and then walk to Central Station the next day. It is also close to many sites and museums, as well as numerous restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom are small and basic, but comfortable and more than adequate. The AC was not working, but it wasn’t too hot when I was there, so having the window open was quite pleasant during the day.

GGuest UserI stayed recently with my family and feel the hotel suited our needs. The room was one of the largest ones I have had in a hotel so there was plenty of room for us all. Cleanliness wise it was good. The bathroom seemed a bit old and could probably do with a bit of a refresh but apart from that it was all okay. We had an issue with our window not closing and someone was up within 5 mins to fix it which was great. We also had someone come up on another day to check everything was okay we reported a couple of broken light bulbs which again were changed very quickly. The staff were generally quite friendly apart from the reception staff who didn't really acknowledge you but the rest of them were fine. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a bit of a run down area near the main train station but we never had any issues. I would suggest if you don't feel comfortable staying near a busy train station then you should maybe look elsewhere as the hotel can't be held responsible for the area they are in. Its a 20 min walk to the centre of Brussels so again something to be aware off. If I was returning to Brussels I would probably stay somewhere a bit closer to the centre but we did enjoy our stay here.

GGuest UserB And B Brussels is pretty much what i want in a hotel It's a refinished brand name hotel that has a bit of a hostel vibe. It is stripped back in a good way. The bed is great. The bathroom is good hotel standard. The towels are big, fluffy and clean. There are no wardrobes. Who cares? There are hangers on a rail. There is a small wall safe. There are two coffee mugs and a good espresso machine down the hall. So much better than instant in the room. The iron and ironing board is also down the hall, fine, i don't often use ironing boards. This makes sense. There is no phone. Contact reception using WhatsApp. Easy peasy. The Wifi is free and good. There is parking, gym, and nightly cinema. Good standard breakfast buffet. Good location. I'll be back. I'm a happy guest.
