Check in was smooth and friendly. Room 310 was fine on appearance. But later we discovered a problem with the air conditioning reverting back to a temperature of 26. We contacted the front desk staff who came to the room. He said it appeared to be working properly so there was nothing to be done. Shower didn’t have an enclosed door, so parts of the bathroom were flooded. Breakfast had a variety of options. We particularly liked the fresh juice station. There was also a nice backyard-like part of the restaurant that was peaceful to have breakfast in. We had a repairman look at the air conditioning, but he claimed the problem was that we didn’t know how to work the key holder electricity slot, like this was rocket science technology never-before-seen in an hotel. A chance encounter with the hotel manager eventually led to us changing rooms. Room 112 was much better, smelled fresh and air conditioning worked properly. We paid almost 1500 rmb a night (and no complimentary water in the room) because of Coldplay concerts so value wasn’t great for what we received. Wouldn’t stay again despite liking the local neighborhood vibe to the hotel.

Just for a short stop over in Budapest and pretty good option

The hotel was ok, nothing to about when i booked i booked the room with balcony thinking to hv a better view.  I only found out that the room with balcony was only on the 1st floor.   Bfast was so so nothing fancy.  Room was spacious enough for 2 ppl.  I dont really like the location as its a bit further than main attraction.  You need to walk at least 1.9 km to the main area. The services is 6/10 there was only 1 person who at the counter when we checked in

Great hotel with pleasant staff who are always welcoming and helpful. Clean reception and bar area with plenty of options regarding drinks. The Spa was awesome and also very clean and quiet which is always a bonus. The rooms are fairly spacious for two guests and the the whole room and bathroom was very modern and clean and access to the rooms was via the lift. The reception is 24/7 and Bolt is the easiest option to get around the city.

Really nice modern clean hotel with really friendly staff. Great location near metro station and Trams . Nice breakfast with plenty of choice . Room was really nice very spacious with everything you need .

Breakfast in lobby lounge is good with wide selection and has a in-house sauna to compliment the stay.

Excellent hotel at a good price. Modern decor, very clean. Free mini bar that contained beer, water and Pepsi. Only the beer was replaced on the second day. Friendly and helpful staff. Ten minute walk to centre.

The breakfast is quite rich, with champagne and duck liver, and a small garden (closed in winter). It is 800 meters away from 100E, but it is OK if you have a bus ticket, and it is well connected! The room is relatively dim, the water heater is on, but the central air conditioning is only turned on once in such a cold day. There are mites or bed bugs, which is really unbearable. I still have blisters after returning for a week. And they come in to clean the house at 8 or 9 in the morning when I am still sleeping. I have to hang up every time, and sometimes they come in even if I hang up. But it is still safe, and the wallet is fine on the table.

The room is big, with filtered water, and the price of the minibar is reasonable, a little more expensive than the supermarket. The only regret is that the disinfection smell of the tap water is too strong. After taking a shower, the room smells bad. There is an Italian restaurant nearby opened by a Chinese couple. The owner has lived in Italy for a long time. The spaghetti bolognese is delicious, and the new dish beef ribs is also delicious. People who are not used to European food can go and have a look. Hungary's transportation is indeed very developed, but the locals only speak Hungarian, and most people I meet are not very friendly.
