I cannot say enough good things about the property and its owner who texted us several days before our arrival to introduce himself, ask when we expected to arrive and answer any questions we had about the property or the area. As a coffee drinker, I quickly burn through the couple of (usually nespresso) pods they leave in the room, so I asked what kind of coffee maker he had in the property so that I could bring additional pods with me. He confirmed a nespresso maker and assured me that he had plenty of capsules in the kitchen… still, I brought my own. Well, he wasn’t kidding… he had a large jar full of them along with white and brown sugar, artificial sweetener and other accompaniments in the cabinets. As for the property more broadly… let me say - WOW! I am blessed to stay in some of the nicest hotels around the world when I travel for work, and it was obvious that Chestnut & Eliza Suites’s decorator took notes from the finest hotels. The place was beautiful, spotless and so well appointed. In addition to the full kitchen complete with new appliances, a NEW Whirlpool washer/dryer combo, a full bath with all the toiletries, a half-bath, and a small dining room, the place has a beautiful - and large - living room complete with a Smart TV and two very comfortable bedrooms. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement… and it was all made even better by meeting Gabor - our host and the owner - would could not have been more kind. I HOPE to return again… and soon!!!!!

Nel pieno centro di Budapest, in una piccola strada pedonale non commerciale (e, quindi, tranquillissima). Spazioso alloggio molto ben arredato, luminoso, dotato di tutto, ma proprio tutto, il necessario per un soggiorno davvero confortevole. La prima impressione che si prova, è quella di essere i primi ospiti ad occuparlo! Potremmo paragonare l'appartamento, senza esagerare, alla miglior suite di un cinque stelle. Il balcone si affaccia sul piccolo, delizioso cortile interno, impreziosito da un rigoglioso castagno che "punta al cielo", superando, caparbio, i tre piani dell'edificio. Gabor, il nostro padrone di casa, ha fatto di tutto per superare, in cortesia e disponibilità, la perfezione della sua offerta. Capita, a volte, un "colpo di fortuna". A noi è capitato a Budapest!

A large, spacious, high ceiling and beautifully decorated house. Everything you need at home has been thought of. The bedrooms are large and not next to each other. Extra toilet available.
The building is very close to the city center. There are nice restaurants, bakeries and cafes in the surrounding area. We were definitely very comfortable.
Gabor was very helpful with early check-in and late check-out. House briefing and airport transfer arrangement were excellent. We thank him very much.
