Fierro Hotel Buenos Aires Reviews

Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

Rich breakfast, clean room

Fierro Hotel was outstanding . Front desk customer service went above and beyond offering assistance to us when my husband lost his passport. Dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals we had with the food so delicious. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious with homemade breads and fresh squeezed orange juice. We would stay there again any time! We highly recommend Hotel Fierro!

The Fierro hotel is an amazing experience. The staff are all so friendly and want to make sure your stay is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable with a morning complimentary breakfast that is exceptional. We had a great dinner also, and their wine selection is very good. The Fierro certainly sets the bar high in their standards for taking care of their guests. Highly recommend you stay here!!!

We came here for our honeymoon and it was a lovely stay. The room was large with a soft king size bed and the bathroom was larger than others in BA. The pool is very good. The location is very good. Special mention to Tania at breakfast who made our stay even more wonderful.

Great stay at Fierro Oct 2024 with wife and 3 adult daughters. Hotel itself was top notch in reception, room, location, and most of all the staff. Extremely helpful; speak great English. Restaurant food and service also excellent. Highly recommended.

Qué lindo este hotel y qué increíble la gente. Ubicado en Palermo, un barrio muy divertido, y cerca del subte. Fue una semana milagrosa y yo por cierto regresaré y recomendaré este hotel a todos. This hotel was beautiful and its people were incredible. Everyone that I met was incredibly kind and friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. It was a wonderful, blissful week and I will for sure be returning and recommending this hotel to others.

I had a lovely stay here. Staff was welcoming and remembered your name and your likes. The room was cleaned daily and was quite comfortable. Location was excellent for me. I would absolutely stay here the next time I am in BA which will hopefully be soon. The breakfasts included were amazing and looked forward to them each morning. They don't have a gym, but you get a pass to a local gym a few blocks away which was quite good. Like I said, I loved my stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We spent 1 night here when we arrived in BA. This is a great boutique style hotel that has all the amenities you need. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were large and comfy. Staff were top notch and super friendly. We even left something behind in the room and they saved it for us upon our return. Where we had lunch and drinks again at the hotel. Best hotel in the area, highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights in October. The hotel is well situated for the Palermo district with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Otherwise we used uber to get to the rest of the city. Highlight of the hotel were the staff; so helpful and courteous. Great breakfast with sensible portions. Didn’t use the rooftop pool. Recommend a balcony room facing the street.

The only thing better than this darling boutique hotel, which is perfectly located in Buenos Aires, was the fantastic staff who work there! A huge shout-out to a few of these amazing folks: Mariano, Tina , Tania, Becky, Dyor & Carlos! Your managent should be so blessed to have you on staff! No ask was too big for this dynamic team- they booked dinners, shows and are real gems! The food (Make sure you have breakfast!!!) and drinks were spectacular- and the perfect pool on the 7th floor was heavenly! A must visit if you have the pleasure to visit Argentina
