I basically use Ctrip for business trips. It is very convenient and the service is also very good. If you encounter problems overseas, you can quickly get a reply from the customer service. The hotel is in good condition and the key is very convenient. There is a big supermarket downstairs. I will choose it next time on a business trip to meet my business needs. enough

I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

Great value for a creative mind!! Theme rooms in detailed decor of each room when I got to experience two different rooms for two night staying by making two different reservations was great adventure.. loved old stylish dialing phones, though didn't get to call anywhere to dial out.. ^&^ Definitely showed proudly they care with heart and that carried down to maintaining quality level of cleaning. ^&^

Ahmet the receptionist was very polite,friendly smile,good attitude👱🏻👍🏻 I need tissues and cutlery,delivery to the room was very fast🚀 The room was clean✨🛌✨ No refusal to check out an hour late⏰🥰 This is my first trip to Turkey as a woman, I feel the very good service attitude of the Turks. We were very pleased with breakfast, the comfort of the rooms and cleaning, the staff's interest and the facilities offered. They upgraded our room while entering, they took our requests into account and answered them immediately. A dan z ye is a complete comfort hotel. We definitely recommend.

The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!
