Good points: The room and bathroom were large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, I thank them.
What we found negative: The room design could have been more stylish and the furnishings more useful, for example there could have been a coffee table in the room. The minibar was empty. The fountain spout could have been taller. We chose a room with a park view, but the view was not what we expected. Also, like most hotels, this hotel did not have a balcony. We hope that there will be more hotels with large balconies.

Not happy with price quality mismatch. View was not good. Despite having made the reservation couple of views ago, my request for a room at upper floor was not met. Room was small and carpet had stains.
