Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

Don't choose this hotel! Don't make my mistakes. The room simply absorbed the smell of cigarettes. The toilet stinks of urine. Cockroaches are running around the floor. The carpet on the floor looked like it had never been washed. Bed linen, towels, everything stinks. The air conditioner doesn't help because it also stinks. At night, all this made me sick, so I opened the window. It turned out that there was no mosquito net at the window. In the morning, my daughter was bitten all over (it’s not clear yet whether there were mosquitoes or bedbugs from the mattress). They didn't change our number. The wife held on and for 3 days she never went to the bathroom in the room, because it stank and there were cockroaches running around. Breakfast is just terrible. Bread, eggs, tea and single use jams/butter. It should be a shame to write that there is breakfast. Terribly dirty smelly hotel in the center of Bursa. I wrote a review immediately after checking out of the room. A day after leaving my review, the hotel managers contacted me. They said they understood my anger. And we are ready to return the payment for one day in the form of an apology. But they asked to delete the review, promising to start repairs soon. I deleted the review on July 16th, today is July 25th, and they are simply deceiving by saying that they are about to send compensation for moral damages. They are scammers, this is their scheme, to persuade the client to delete the review and drag out the refund for days until they forget. And here I am again. I write reviews wherever I can. I have screenshots of our correspondence showing the real face of this hotel (I apologize for calling it a hotel at all).

The price is cheap, just EUR75.60 per night for 3 rooms, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I would have given the hotel 5 bubbles -- great central location, it has a lift (a novelty in Turkey), breakfast included, towels and bed linens are spotless clean and hot water all day long. However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. We complained to the receptionist, he came to the room and tried in futility to convince us the AC was IN FACT working but it was warm because it was summer. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.

Best service and best cleanliness among all the hotels stayed during my vacation in Turkey. Central location and parking space is available for free. Rooms size are ok and the only negative part the noise from the road side during the busy day but at night it's quite. Recommended and for sure will be one of my options when I'm back to bursa.

I took 2 adults 1 children from the Ets tour for our holiday trip we paid 125 tl. The location is very beautiful. You can go to the very centre of the city with comfort. The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.
