I want to complain about trip
We obviously booked a double room at the beginning, but the hotel only gave us a single room. The hotel staff said that the room type given to us for the trip was a single room. We kept saying that we booked a double room and showed the order details to the hotel staff. I asked the supervisor to help us get a double room, which delayed my schedule and affected my travel mood.

I think the location of the hotel itself is excellent, but there is a sign in the bathroom saying to put toilet paper in the trash can, which may clog the drains.
