Hotels Near Lotte Premium Outlets - DongBusan in Busan

A hotel built in 2022, thus their amenities are all newer. However, the hotel is lacking service in some of their younger staff (particularly a bespectacled young guy with a very strong American accent when he converses in English) Here are my review: 1)Location: Good. Their nearest Choryang station is near Busan KTX train station and Metro station. By Metro, it's near to Nampo Dong and Jalagchi fish market, BIFF street Gurkie and other traditional markets. The hotel facing the main road is very accessible. There is the Pudarak brand KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) outlet nearby that is good for supper. 2) Housekeeping/Cleanliness: Depending on who you get for housekeeping, some of them do not make the bed 🛏️ properly. There's a difference in afternoon shift housekeeping and morning shift (before 12 pm). The 1st 3 days, when we went out by 9-10 am, the housekeeping staff didn't make the bed when we returned. The last 2 days, the afternoon shift housekeeping does a better job. We are not bothered by it, as long as they do basic cleaning and change towels. 3) Amenities: All toiletries and room air-conditioning working well and in good conditions. There are USB plugs for charging but mostly slow charge. Nice big bathtub 🛁 to relax and suffice space for 3 persons to stay.

Awesome view. It’s so homely. I fell sick on day 2 after my trekking from Mount Hallasan. The place was so cosy and I had a complete rest. Brown Suites is at Tower B. I took quite a long to find the building coz I didn’t receive any messages or notifications but the personnel helped me to check in and it went very smoothly. The apartment has got full kitchen appliances and cutlery. They have given sufficient towel and toiletries apart from toothbrush or toothpaste. There is no housekeeping. There is a link bridge connecting from Busan KTX Station to the apartment. Overall 10/10

Location is one of the main reasons we booked the night here as we were arriving in Busan in the evening. This hotel is located conveniently next to Busan station. There are also many restaurants around. As for the hotel, we really wanted to enjoy our stay here, but the elevator experience was a nightmare. They have three elevators, but one of them was undergoing some maintenance..so only 2 elevators worked and one of them was large but each time more than 3-4 people got on it would give the signal that its overweight and someone had to get off haha. It was so bad, we had to take the stairs all the way down to eat breakfast (along the way down we met many others who also took the stairs as there was no chance to get in the elevator).

Our hotel room was nice and big enough for three people. The fitness center was great and had lots of machines. The location is about a 15 minute walk from Busan station and 10 minutes walk from a large Lotte Department store. Busan is a nice city to spend some relaxing time and if you can, go to the beach. The Haeundae beach is a 10-15 minutes taxi ride away from the hotel but the bus is convenient to use too. If you want to swim there is one small building for showering (500 won for one minute) and a bathroom for changing.

*Distance: It's a huge station area, so I love it! It's also in the middle of Busan, and it's really good for those who come to travel close to both the international market and the Jagalchi market. *Infrastructure: There is everything there is! A little walk away is Lotte Department Store! In the back, like Myeongdong, it sells kakao friends shop and street food, which is very amazing! If you walk a little from the hostel, there is a movie theater and there are about 3 convenience stores around (the closest to the hostel is CU, 7-Eleven) In addition to this, there are arcterics and Daiso and Starbucks around, so it's very good !!! *Floating population: Most of the foreigners seem to be there during the day. Since there is an international market, it seems to be fun because there are foreigners of various nationalities near the hostel. And most of the floors I used were foreigners :) But it was quiet and there was no inconvenience at all *Interior: At first, I thought, ah, the lighting is a little...? All yellow and only the kitchen was white light, so it's a little yellow when you take a picture. But over time, it got better. I thought that the yellow lighting seemed to be psychologically stable and the check-out time would not come as a warm atmosphere was created. So I don't have time, but I thought I wanted to stay for another day. ㅎㅎ There are several lights, so it was so good to be able to adjust the light you want. And it's like a room that creates an exposed concrete sensibility, so it's very trendy and perfect for young people's sensibility! It's like a Japanese designer hotel (it's a bit narrow like a Japanese hotel! But it's a size that doesn't matter for one person to use!) *Amenity: If you ask me to choose the most disappointing part of the hostel, I think this is the part... Basically, all three shampoo conditioner body wash are provided! It was limited to additional purchases, and even basic things like cotton swabs, no combs ㅜㅠ So I bought all of them again at the surrounding Daiso (foam cleansing, toothbrush, toothpaste, tail comb....) No matter how much I think about the environment, I think this is too hard ㅠㅠ This part seems to be really too unfortunate, so I'm upset !! + But there is a part that was impressed by the basic amenities. I have seen amazing things in the SNS articles in the past. It is said that there are more and more people doing strange things in the multi-purpose amenities of the lodging business... So every time I was too worried and a little reluctant to use the multi-purpose amenities, like the first picture I think this alone is so reassuring because it has such a hammer !!! Really so good *Service: The service is by far the best! I came down from other places and thought Busan was a bit warm. As soon as I checked in at the hostel, the room warmed in the glass was personally hot. However, the air conditioning time was set, so it was too difficult to air condition. So, I endured it and contacted the front desk around the evening, and the staff brought me a fan, so I was so impressed! Thank you so much again ~~ *General comment: If I go to Busan again, I must visit again. Because of the low cost of accommodation, it is not burdensome. Like a residence hotel, there is a washing machine with a kitchen, which is a gold prize (but there is no gas stove) Some people stay at the hotel for a long time, but I want to make a lot of money and do it with me ...

It was a much better hotel than I imagined. It was in an ideal location, as there were night food markets, convenience stores, bakeries and a subway exit close by. Though the room was small, it was clean and neat. The bathroom was clean and common amenities were provided (shampoo, conditioner and a shower gel that smelled amazing). There were lots of closet space to store stuff, a TV that needs your Netflix account to watch movies, a fridge, a kettle, a counter top stove and a washer. 1. The downsides to this stay, were that the the stove and washer could not be used due to ”hygiene reasons”, said the note in the room. So don't expect to be doing laundry or cooking there. 2. The towels were not the cleanest. You could visibly see stains on the towels prepared. So bring your own towels or get disposable ones. Depending on your room location, the sun might keep you up while in bed, since the curtains are so thin. Anyways, I'd give this hotel an 8/10

Location is near a train station. Hotel room is very small. The luggage could not be placed on the floor, much less open it. It was really climbing into bed after entering the room because of the lack of space. Toilet door is awkwardly designed. The user cannot clearly look out as it is opaque at that end. However, the guest standing outside the toilet can see everything inside clearly. In addition, the staff cannot converse or understand English. So it was difficult getting them to understand what I was asking. I gave up after a while. Breakfast staff seemed to be overwhelmed all the time. And they were very strict with the closing time despite the fact that they were unable to cope with the number of guests standing outside waiting for vacant tables. It was not worth the amount paid during the Christmas season for the space and services provided. The next hotel I went to after Layers was so different in comparison and the prices were way reasonable

Very rude coupes jumped in line while waiting but nothing to discipline them However one of swimming pool staff, she was very kind of my families who don’t speak Korean
