Property was atleast 2-3 kilometres inside from the main road. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room however had some challenges like - the bathroom as soon as I opened had stench even though it was clean, the mica of the furniture was coming off (dressing table and near bed), the mirror of the dressing table was old and needed repolishing done, Dustbin in the cabin was steel type (had rust in bottom). The electrical connections of television were not made and was out in open.
My 2 days stay costing nearly 100$ ***** with meals, with all those things made it average. The only thing that made it worthwhile was staff. I would have rated it lower had they been not so supportive and caring. Cuz otherwise it felt overpriced for the room.

The location is very remote. Rooms are decent. Except for Sanjay at the reception, who is very efficient, the staff need to improve. I would recommend this place as a last resort. Construction is new so place appears neat.

Location was very good surrounded by Tea Estate. Plan and layout of the facility was also good but the room in the cottage was a bit crammed and so was the attached toilet. Thus, comfort in stay was missing. Lack of training was also observed among the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The management needs to inject professionalism in the day to operations of the Resort.
