We saw few rats and roaches. Water supply on th 5th floor was so low. I asked to check it but no one camw. Recep is only until 7pm. Wifi was slow and patchy. There is a smart tv but cant use youtube, says not permitted

no elevator and i am staying in the 5 th floor., very hassle going up and down, but the staff is nice they provide you everthing you need from towel to toiletries.
