Très bonne adresse et bien placé pour visiter cette belle région qui est le pays Basque. Gérant très accueillant et porté de bons conseils pour le choix des restaurants et lieux à visiter . Chambre spacieuse / confortable/ calme/ et petit déjeuner bien achalandé avec un bon gâteau basque. Très bon et bel accueil, Philippe est à l'écoute de sa clientèle et proche, aux petits soins, l'ambiance y est cosy. Les chambres sont confortables et la literie au top. Qu'est ce qu'on est bien, difficile de quitter le lit moi qui me lève tôt à la maison. Bouilloire, thé, café à disposition dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner en salle est somptueux, on se demande ce qu'il peut manquer ?! La musique qui y est diffusée est agréable, douce et apaisante. Difficile de faire pareil à la maison. Le salon d'entré met à disposition des boissons et revues. Le parking, fermé depuis peu avec digicode, permet de trouver une place très facilement. En été ou en bonne saison, il est possible de déjeuner à l'extérieur sur la terrasse derrière l'hôtel. Bon, il est vrai que ça fait 4 fois que nous y allons, en fait on ne peut plus s'en passer ! Une ambiance amicale, cosy et intime … Merci pour votre excellent accueil Philippe, vous finissez par nous manquer !

Lors de notre court séjour à l'hôtel Ursula, nous avons bien apprécié l'accueil (au top), le confort de la chambre, le calme et la tranquillité ainsi que le petit déjeuner copieux. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Je suis itinérant et donc les hôtels, cela me connaît! C'est toujours un plaisir de venir séjourner dans l'établissement de Philippe. On s'y sent tellement bien. Toujours une petite attention du gérant qui est toujours de bonne humeur. Pour moi l'année professionnelle 2024 est terminée mais il est certain que dès la reprise en 2025, mon lieu de pension sera à l'hôtel URSULA lors de ma venue dans ce merveilleux Pays Basque. Surtout, ne changez rien!
