frontdesk was not very friendly and helpful, and did not even try to show the willingness. Morning buffet will send you bill while you are still eating.

The location is very good, and it is very convenient to Harvard Square, Seaport, and downtown. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, it is very clean overall and the service is professional.

The hotel basically has no service. From the moment I checked in, the front desk lady acted like someone owed her 5 million, with a sad face. The room was not cleaned on the first day, and I called to have it cleaned the next day. I read reviews saying the service was bad, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. There are two big beds in the room, which is comfortable for children. The facilities are relatively complete, there is a safe in the room, and there is a laundry room on the floor. It is close to the subway, a 10-minute walk away. There is no place to eat or a supermarket on the right side of the hotel. But the surrounding environment is very good, and you can go for a morning run. Parking is not free, about $25/day, and we parked for one night. The parking fee needs to be paid at the hotel front desk.

Quiet place, generally speaking it's pretty good. Stayed for four days. There was an electrical room downstairs in room 214. The noise of electricity at night affected my sleep. The next day, the front desk quickly changed the room and kindly reminded me to push the cart up.

The room is very good, and there is a bar. However, when we checked in in the early morning, there was only an old man on night shift. His attitude was extremely bad and impatient. Checking in was very frustrating. I told him to find a room near the elevator, but he ended up finding the farthest one. A relatively new hotel, located next to a park, with a nice environment. It's not far from the subway red line, within a ten-minute walk, and it's quite convenient to visit the city's attractions. There are many sofas in the hotel lobby, and there are also some seats at the door. It's quite comfortable to sit and chat with family and friends.
