Clean and and comfortable room, and good breakfast. Easy access to the V&A Waterfront without being so close as to be noisy. Would stay here again

Excellent hotel to stay at. The accommodation offers everything you need to have a great stay in Cape Town. The hotel staff are very friendly and receptive. My experience was a 10. Beatrix and Zolani are fantastic people.

I mistakenly booked the wrong ONOMO , and following an mail they changed my booking to this location which is where we wanted so I was very pleased . We know the location well which is easily walkable into the V and A . The hotel itself has a good vibe and the staff go over and beyond trying to please . The room we had was basic but it sufficed but If staying longer than 1 or 2 nights space for hanging clothes is very limited. The bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding and pillows , my only issue was the noise from the plumbing from the room above however this was a minor issue. We loved the bar area and we were well looked after by Beatrix . I would definitely stay here again .

Read First…
Don’t stay here… room is a box with a tiny window… shower and toilet in the room… couldn’t turn on the tv…. This is a 2 star hotel…
Nothing more… I read the reviews and don’t understand what people are talking about… though I was in the wrong hotel….

Open window would have been nicer
Location in Waterfront not that good. During daytime fine but not at night. Coudnt open a window and airco was a bit cold. Only slept there and that was fine. Service was friendly and room was cleaned properly. Breakfast was so so the two times i took it. 1,5 wk Stay. Moved to independent studio afterwards.
