Very noisy Hotel and room cleaning can be Improved.
We asked 3 times to get the room cleaned in the 7th floor.
Very disappointed that they charged us and other Guest minibar Drinks and Snacks which we did not had.
I can understand of its just 1 water or 1 Snack but it was more and we paid 200 Rand more.
No reaction from the Management.

The hotel is in a very good location. Table Mountain is right in front of you when you look out the window. The restaurant on the first floor has delicious food and live jazz music. It is very convenient to use Uber to go to various attractions.

I booked a room with a mountain view on Trip.com, hoping for a view.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was given a room facing the mountain.
I asked the hotel, but they said that there were no rooms on the mountain side available.
I showed them the reservation screen with a mountain view, but they said that it was a mistake on the reservation site and they couldn't accommodate that.
If you're hoping for a mountain view, be careful.
After returning home, I contacted Trip.com, but they only offered a small compensation.

I booked a mountain view room, with Table Mountain across the street, which was a good view.
However, most of the other rooms on the same floor were under construction during the few days I stayed there. The noise during the day was very annoying. One night, there were even people cleaning up the remnants of the daytime construction in the corridor at almost 12 o'clock. I was also impressed. The floor drain in the bathroom was very slow. The lights in the room were very dim, and it was too dark at night for people who needed to work on business trips.
