I had a great stay here, for a business trip. Staff were all very friendly & helpful, room was always cleaned to a high standard. Location is quite good, close to beach, a little difficult to "find" the first time round, but a staff member helped. Breakfast wasn't the best, but not bad. Only negatives I can think of is my room didn't include any kind of office/working desk setup, and when I asked staff if there was a co-working space, the answer was no :( Shame, this would have made this place 10/10 otherwise. Would I stay again though? Yes. I visit CPT every few months. I slept very good which is the most important factor!

Good place to stay in, not far from the beach, very comfortable and excellent food. The price is a little steep but if you can match it you won't be disappointed.

My experience with the hotel was not a pleasant one. I had flown in late therefore I tried to make arrangements for dinner as I was running late. I called the reception, and they gave me the number for the kitchen. When I called the kitchen, I was told the restaurant would still be open so I could order when I arrived. After arriving, taking a seat and looking at the menu, the waiter that was supposed to assist me informed me that the kitchen will be closing soon, and he needed to go check whether whatever I wanted to order was available. The same waiter was behaving as if he did not want to take my order, I am not sure what he said but while I was looking at the menu, he went to the Manager/owner and mumbled something, the gentleman informed him that I had called in and they were expecting me. Only then did this waiter come to take my order.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I meant to stay for 5 nights and ended up staying for almost two weeks. The rooms are spacious, well kept and super clean. The hotel is located in a great area within a walkable distance to the promenade, bars and restaurants. But what is best is the amazing staff who truly makes you feel welcome. Special thanks to Tamika who is a super star!

I had some real issues with the hotel , we were there for 3 nights and had cold showers for 2 mornings and 2 nights. We weren’t offered another room , when I complained I was told the management would get back to me , I’ve actually got back to them 3 times since the issue and all I get is , we’re looking into it ! I’ve asked for compensation or a partial refund , zero feedback in 2 weeks , I would strongly advise people stay away ! Breakfast was Greasy , room ok , decent location
